It wasn’t long ago that the creative minds over at TechArt unveiled the Aerodynamic Kit I for the Porsche Turbo and, already, they have brought out another from under their sleeve. TechArt has just released the official details on their new Aerodynamic Kit II for the Porsche 911 Turbo that is said to bring out the "sporty and masculine features of the car".
The Aerodynamic Kit II includes the engine package TA 097/T1 or TA 097/T2 that add an extra 70 HP and 120 HP, respectively, to the series model from the 480 HP the Porsche 911 Turbo brings to the table straight from the factory. It includes front and rear aprons, front and rear spoiler, and aerodynamic side skirts. Illuminating the Porsche 911 Turbo are the daytime running lamps, position light, parking light ,and direction indicators in one LED system unit and a common housing. All components are made out of high-grade materials such as lightweight carbon fiber and hard-wearing polyurethane-RIM.
This Aerodynamic Kit brings a little more exterior shaping than the first package provided by TechArt back in March. The better choice would depend solely on the driver’s preference over looks or speed even though there isn’t much of a dramatic change in appearance from one kit to another. We would opt for speed, of course.
Press release after the jump.
