Porsche did, in fact, unveil the new 997 line-up, but there are people out there who still drive the old Carrera Convertible models and TechArt had them in mind when designing their new program.

The TechArt program for the 997 Cabriolet includes: components made of PU-RIM, a front lip spoiler, head lamp trim, side skirts, rear diffuser, a range of three rear wings, interior enhancements, sport exhaust, and adjustable sport suspension.

The output for the engine has been raised to 400 hp and was made possible thanks to new metal air filters, a sport clutch, and a short shift kit. The 997 Cabrio also gets a sport brake system, spring kit, sport chassis "vario", and the new 20" TechArt's Formula wheels.

The interior gets airbag sport steering wheels and leather work.
