Rumors of the new Supra from
Toyota have been circulating from mounths. And on Tokyo there are circulating even more news about this car. It seems that it will be offered in two versions inspired by the FT-HS’s design.
There will be a 3.5 liter V6 version (an improved engine from the IS350), with an output of 330 hp that will compete with Nissan 350Z and a V6 hybrid version (a ramped-up version of the GS450h powertrain) with a maximum output of 400 hp.

Toyota’s line-up in 1996, but in 2008 a new model will go on sale. It will take its inspiration from the Lexus LF-A.
The Supra will be powered by a 3.5-litre V6 hybrid engine with an maximum output of 314 hp. With rear-wheel drive and a seven-speed sequential auto, the supercar should cover the 0-60mph sprint in less than five seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 170mph, yet return 30mpg.
