Toyota revealed the Blade Master G for the Japanese market, a model that was created to compete with the Volkswagen Golf. The new Toyota will also be available in Europe.
The Toyota Blade Master G will be powered by a 3.5 liter V6 version of the Auris and will get a new double wishbone rear suspension to let it handle more power, because the new 3.5 liter 2GR-FE V6 engine from the Lexus IS350 gives it 276 hp and 344 Nm of torque. It features a 6-speed sequential automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
The new Blade Master G will have a more muscular look than the Auris featuring 17 inch alloy rims. It will be sold for the equivalent of $28.000.
