2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Special Edition

  Review

When it comes to off-road trucks, it seems everyone’s first choice is a Jeep vehicle. However, Toyota’s FJ Cruiser is also a very good choice, especially if you take under consideration the Trail Teams Special Edition. For 2012, this special edition will be available in an exclusive Radian Red exterior paint with black painted door handles, bumpers, and front grille.

The interior features the same red paint combined with water resistant seats, a rubber floor, and rear deck. The list of standard equipment includes: a multi-information display, remote keyless entry, cruise control, 12V/100W and 115V/400W outlets, a back-up camera integrated into the rear view mirror and the final touch, a Trail Team badge.

Under the hood, the FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Special Edition features a 4.0 liter V6 engine with an output of 260 HP. The engine is combined with Bilstein shocks, TRD wheels with BFG All-Terrain tires, rock rails, skid plates, fuel tank, transfer case, a rear differential lock and Toyota’s A-TRAC traction control system.

Very massive and huge monster! I’m glad they made it red. It looks really good. Reading the teaser, I think its interior is also impressive. I love the fact that it’s a pocket friendly vehicle, but I hope that the quality and performance will not be compromised.

Yeah! Matte Claire is right. I think Toyota should need to give an extra focus on how they could boost more the engine for their vehicle, especially for this kind of car.

Yeah! It maybe looks so massive on its platform but its engine output didn’t justify it at all. I don’t think that V6 engine that had an output of 260 hp could really give a nice and great performance on it.

It looks so massive on that platform and even on its wheels. I also noticed that it is very striking and lovely on its body paint, but I hope that they also include some pictures of its interior.

Just like them, I am also so fond with this off-road truck of Toyota, but I think they should enhance the engine of this one, maybe they should add or put some powerful engine performance.

I’m really fond with the muscular appearance of this FJ Cruiser. Anyway, the V6 engine with 260 horsepower of this is I don’t think quite good enough for this kind of car.

Now I have the chance to go for an off-road adventures for a cheaper price. I like the design and interiors of FJ Cruiser and I like to see them on the mountains rather than in the city.
