BMW had their Art Cars and Mini has specialty celebrity designed automobiles, but Bentley decided to take things a step further and recruit contemporary artist Romero Britto to create the centerpiece for their “Come to my world” exhibition in Germany. The English automaker provided Mr. Britto with a Continental GT as a canvas, prepared with a Bentley Blue base coat for the South Florida artist to get to work.
The car is covered in colorful, comic-like figures featuring a large multi colored flower on the hood, winged heart on the driver’s door, ladybug inspired door mirrors and a few orange and purple stars. The negative space is covered with Britto’s recognizable signature, similar to the mathematical symbol for pi; it is consists of a “T” followed by a squiggly line that sometimes goes down like a backwards “J” and other times is just a continuation of the character before it. The entire feeling of this piece of 200 MPH artwork is that it is as playful as the GT is fun to drive.

Ever dream of having your own highly modified Ferrari from the experts at Novitec Rosso. Unfortunately they aren’t having a sale, but the Ferrari super tuners have launched an online configurator for the Ferrari 599 and Ferrari 430 models. The program really shows off the difference between the original design from Maranello and what Novitec has done. If you want to see for yourself, check out the link below. Although you can’t bring it home with you, it would still make a nice decoration fro your workspace.
The pony car wranglers at Steeda are preparing for the next stampede of blue oval enthusiasts looking to modify their 2010 Ford Mustang GTs with one of the aftermarket manufacturer’s immediate injection of power and agility for the V8 powered muscle car.
Steeda’s plan is to transform the vehicle with a few low key exterior touches, some proven performance parts and a very serious amount of attention paid to the suspension. There is an option wide black stripe on the hood and the company’s signature “S” side stripes. A few extra horsepower are freed up by the high flow air filter and parasitic drag reducing under drive pulleys.
Everyone knows that in order to go fast you need to be able to carry speed through a turn. So Steeda didn’t skimp on the hardware. Aside from the standard Steeda Sport Springs, the American tuner goes so far as to use a set of Steeda Billet Lower Control Arms. Now that is a racing part. There’s no sense in going fast if you don’t look good soing it, so the Mustung sits on Steeda Spyder Wheels dipped in chrome and sized 20x9.9 inches up front and 20x11 inches in the rear. Just like an Olympic sprinter, the Steeda Mustang needs high performance rubber under their feet, so sparing no expense the company includes a set of Nitto NT05 High Performance Tires. All this can be your for only $8995, not a bad price to pay for a few seconds at the track.

Hurst has unveiled a new package for the 2009 Dodge Challenger. Called Competition/Plus, the new package will soon go on sale and prices will be announced at a later date.
The Competition/Plus package includes: an Eibach suspension system, Magnaflow exhaust system, Hurst 20-inch alloy wheels, color-matched leather inserts and stitching for the interior, matte black exterior accents, and, of course, a Competition/Plus short throw shifter with the classic white ball.
The car is painted in either B5 Blue, Hemi Orange, TorRed or any other.
There is no better finish for any automobile than matte black. There is something about the lack of luster makes it appear to be some sort of stealth craft. If you believed that the matte black BMW X6 was the best looking flat black Bimmer of all time, wait until you see what the North American BMW specialists at Racing Dynamics can do with an M3 Coupe!
For only $3000 RDSport can make you a beauty just like this one.
Audi’s R8 super car is a dream: razor sharp bodywork, over 400 horse power behind your head and a set of eye catching rims. Unfortunately, that kind of superior automotive status comes at a sizable cost. That is why the German tuning firm Prior Design have come up with a very aggressive R8 inspired aero kit for the last generation Audi TT, bringing super car fashion to the masses.
Up front the TT wears a new front bumper complete with horizontal carbon fiber blades stretching across the oversized intakes. The rear bumper is equally as speed inspired, they are tied together nicely by the new side skirts and the TT’s already wide fender bulges. The tuner kept everything unchanged under the hood, the 3.2 Liter V6 making 250 HP being sent through Quattro, Audi’s proven four wheel drive system.
So if the Audi R8 is your dream car, but for whatever reason isn’t in your garage, the Prior Design TT is not a bad substitute. By combining the looks of Audi’s halo car, the R8 with a solid German engineered power train, Prior Design made a good car into something special. Check out the link below to find out more on their web site.
Top Speed first reported back in March that the French automaker Renault will relaunch the Gordini brand sometime in 2010. The first model to be badged as a Gordini will be the compact Twingo, but after the city car, the company will also launch a Gordini version of the Clio and Megane Coupe. According to Thomas Clavet the future Clio Gordini might look like something like this.
The exterior is emphasized by a rally inspired front end with enlarged air intakes and oversized fog lights. The roof adds a bit of style with a roof scoop that resembles the intake from a Formula 1 car. At the rear, the little Gordini has an understated rear wing atop the hatch and a bold rear diffuser. Finishing off the design is a centraly located inverted triangle exhaust tip. The compact factory tuner is painted in Blue with signature Gordini double white racing stripes.
It is radically fun designs like these that keep consumers enthusiastic about the future of the automobile.

The artisans from J.E. Design have unleashed their paintbrushes on another one of the European exclusive members of the Volkswagen Family. The SEAT Leon recently underwent some reconstructive surgery in order to give the Spanish sports car a facelift. J.E. takes the entire process a step further with a complete reworking of the Leon’s exterior.
The tuners started out with a ground effects kit consisting of a set of side skirts as well as new front and rear aprons that bring the body closer to the road. Out front the factory SEAT grill has been replaced by a badge less matte black mesh unit. Above the driver’s head sits a rally inspired roof scoop which is quite possibly more about form than function, and finishing off the bodywork, J.E. has added a very racy rear wing.
J.E. equips the Leon with their signature rim in sizes ranging from 17 inches to 19 inches in diameter. Wheel gap is decreased thanks to a set of sport lowering springs, but even more ride height adjustment is available with a set of J.E. Design coil-overs. Finishing off the tuning package is a free flowing stainless steel exhaust that gives off a distinguished roar to let people know that something special is approaching. As soon as the new Leon hits the market, J.E. will be waiting with their aero kit.

Novitec Rosso is the division of the aftermarket manufacturer that is exclusively dedicated to tuning prancing horses from Maranello, and they do a damn fine job of it. This can be seen with their latest take on the Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M, the high performance version of the factory tuned mid engine roadster will be produced in a limited number of only 499.
Novitec starts off by twin supercharging the 4.3 Liter V8, adding on items like a special intake manifold, high flow air filters, larger injectors and a reprogrammed engine computer to make nearly 700 HP from the high revving eight cylinder. To make sure that operating temperatures stay in a manageable range each cylinder bank gets its own water to air intercooler. The meticulous tuning results in a maximum output of 696 HP, 186 HP over the normal Scuderia 16 M.
The exterior is upgraded with understated touches like blacked out lens covers, but monstrous 20 inch wheels will stick out like a sore thumb. Measuring 12 inches wide in the rear, the rollers are wrapped in 325 series Pirelli rubber and ride on a set of Novitec sport springs. The upgraded suspension also feaures a convenient hydraulic lift that raises the nose to clear obstacles like curb stones and steep inclines, don’t worry about catching any air, the system automatically lowers itself at 80 MPH if you don’t. The Novitec Rosso tuned Scuderia Spider 16M sprints from 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.5 seconds and can hit 300 Km/h after only 23.8 seconds from takeoff and goes past 330 Km/h to a top speed of 205 MPH.
