Volkswagen Eos upgraded by Je Design


Just out and already modified. That’s the common history lately of many car models. The Volkswagen Eos is no exception, although the JE Design VW Eos looks slightly better than their other mods. Je Design says it is offering specially designed multispoke wheels in 18- and 19-inch sizes, along with a set of springs to lower the suspension. Volkswagen of America, Inc. today announced pricing for its all-new, 2007 Eos convertible, arriving in showrooms this fall. Eos will start in May of 2006 in Europe


After more than one million VW convertibles of the Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Golf and New Beetle series, the new Eos takes off to a flying start in May 2006. Jetta’s new commercials a real succes


The risks Volkswagen took with two Jetta TV ads that put viewers in the car for high-impact crashes seem to be paying off in shopper interest. Volkswagen says that since the ads touting Jetta’s crash safety began on April 10, requests for brochures are up 37% at call centers and 56% on the Web compared with the first 15 days of March, and Internet requests for dealer price quotes are up 58%. Volkswagen to launch Eos in May


Volkswagen will launch its Eos coupe-cabriolet model in Germany on May 19, not in July as last advised. Quality issues had pushed back the original launch date from March to May, and then to July, so the new date represents a step forward after two steps back. Prices start at $31,330 (25,950 euros), VW said in a statement. The model will move into other markets after its European debut in Germany. New Volkswagen Eos will launch in may


The Volkswagen Eos coupe-convertible is named after the Greek goddess of the dawn, who is also the mother of the wind. And that’s ironic – because the much-publicized delay of the Eos was caused largely by a wind-noise glitch. VW now says it has fixed the glitch, along with a problem in the production process. Both problems had threatened to delay the Eos’ introduction until September. The car is now scheduled to launch in May, a delay of three months instead of five months. (...)

PC power for the Eos
