MR Car Design, in collaboration with BTS-Racing, has released a new aftermarket tuning package for the Volkswagen Golf V R32 , which was produced from 2005 to 2008. The package starts with a R32 HPG turbo kit and a 3-inch sport exhaust system with valve control. After performance tuning, the Golf ’s 3.2L engine makes a whopping 458 horsepower and 405 lb.-ft. of torque. That’s an amazing increase of over 210 horsepower and over 165 lb.-ft. of torque. To handle all that extra power, the tuning companies reinforced the DSG transmission.

The tuning doesn’t stop there. With the package, The Golf V also receives a KW Clubsport suspension kit, H&R stabilizers, and a Stoptech brake package. All the old bushings are replaced with Superpro bushings. The matte blue VW MR Car Design used to highlight their performance parts got fitted with 19-inch OZ Ultraleggera HLT matte alloy wheels wrapped in 225/35/ZR19 high performance tires.

Top speed and acceleration times have not yet been released. Check out the photos and leave a comment to let us know what you think of this souped up Volkswagen .

Every time that I look on this vehicle, it leaves me wondering on how much effort did they put to have good results like this.

I got distracted by the attractive color it sports to notice that most of its external parts aren’t actually appealing.

I can’t really say that this is highly stylish on its built per se, or on its paint job, but the color certainly has an effect. In another case, I find its performing capability just right.

It has been half a decade, yet its beauty doesn’t fade. Does anyone know if its performance is still as stable and strong as well?

It apparently is oozing of charisma now because of MR Car Design’s modification.

I find this attractive at first glance. Hopefully, its performance would be interesting to see too.

I love this modification. smiley It truly boosted this VW Golf V R32’s charisma.

I must know its speed and acceleration times. This is looking good, but it would be pretty much useless if it’s lagging behind speed.

The speed has not been revealed but from the looks of it, I won’t even pay attention to it when I see this run. The complementary blue paint job on the body and the wheel rims are like a magnet to the eyes.

I hope all these upgrades won’t be a let down to the car, like one of those cars that kept failing when they switched its engines. I support automotive enhancements but not exaggerations. On the other hand, it’s looking good sporting an electric blue.
