Volkswagen unveiled at this year's Worthersee GTI meet in Worther Lake, Austria the Passat R36 Styling Study. It is based on one of the most powerful Volkswagen Estate and is the work of the specialists from Volkswagen Individual.

20 millimeters wider than the production model, the Passat R36 Styling Study is powered by a 300-hp, 3.6-liter V6. The stock exhaust has been upgraded with a new cat-back unit sporting larger tailpipes.

The car also features larger Brembo six-piston units, 20 inches wheels borrowed from the Touareg R-Line. On the inside race-ready Recaros replace the softer buckets found on the standard model, and they match the two-tone, black-and-white steering wheel, shift boot and even seat belts quite nicely.
