Volkswagen has just improved their new Beetle Sport version with the addition of two new R-Line packages: one for the exterior and one for the interior. The new R-Line exterior package will add another €1,290 ($1,660 at the current exchange rates) to your car’s price, while the interior package adds another €1,675 ($2,150).
The exterior package will add new front bumpers with independent black grained air inlets and chrome surrounds for the directional indicators and of course a new diffuser at the rear. New "R-line" logos will remind you that this is a special Beetle. As for the wheel options, customers will have to choose between 18" "Twister" alloy wheels or 19" "Tornado" alloy wheels available in both white and black.
For the interior the R-Line package adds sport seats upholstered with an active-breathing fabric in "Kyalami" design. And because we are talking about a special R-Line package, special badges will be features on the front head restraints. The package also includes leather-trimmed sport steering wheel, a gear shift lever boot and handbrake grip with decorative seams in "Art Grey".
