The seventh- generation Golf GTI made its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and it already received its first tuning kit. The package was announced by German tuner, ABT Sportsline, and it features two different upgrade kits and an aerodynamic kit that transforms the car into the coolest GTI you will ever see.

For the engine upgrade, ABT is offering two stages. In stage one, the standard 230 horsepower goes up to 270 horsepower. The tuner is currently developing a stage two that will take the engine's output up to 310 horsepower - a number more suitable for a sports hatch.

The exterior kit combines the most suitable colors for a sports car: white, red and an aggressive black. The aerodynamic kit includes a new front spoiler and front grille, and new mirror caps and side skirts. For the rear, new skirt inserts and trunk lid attachment, plus a new exhaust system with four end pipes.

Customers will have the possibility to choose between two different wheels, measuring 18 or 19 inches and combined with suspension springs that will lower the car's ride.
