Volvo has announced today pricing for its 2008 model year lineup. The 2008 Volvo vehicle line has undergone enhancements to its model mix along with the introduction of the exciting C30. Other highlights include the addition of the new T6 turbocharged engine in the S80 luxury sedan, while the S40 sport sedan and V50 sportwagon receive major appearance updates and a bump in horsepower from 218 to 227. New diesel for Volvo S40 and V50
Volvo Cars has started European delivery of S40 sedans and V50 estates with its new and more powerful D5 diesel powerplant, aiming at Europe’s premium diesel car market. In both cars, the diesel will be linked to Volvos’ Geartronic automatic gearbox, but a six-speed manual will be available by the middle of next year.
