Rally cars being used as drift cars, I like that. Can’t say I blame them. the Japanese don’t really have that many rear driven sports cars in the market. They can either go with old ones like the S15 and RX8 or the 350/ 370Z’s. Not that many choices.

The driver isn’t quite an idiot ... well until the part he was traveling 93 mph in a city. The blame for the crash is taken by the guy in which he crashed first. The dude didn’t had a drivers licence and switched the lane just in front of the GTR.

you do realize that this car is like 10 grand cheaper than a 350z or a 370z and the new 09 wrx which only costs like 25 grand with 265hp runs a 4.6 0-60 which is equivalent to the best tested 370z at 10 grand more expensive and the quatermile is only slightly slower...

I agree with you. How can you let someone test drive a vehicle with 40LBS OF GOLD?!?!! Was this buyer that much of a smooth talker that you just handed him the key and hoped he would buy?? You got what you deserved...This was expected. The guy was probably driving the vehicle when he though to himself, "ok i have an expensive vehicle with 40LBS of GOLD and im driving away from the owner..hmmm ok im not returning.lalala"

To BMWM6: Like any good British car, the Lotus Exige is quick and nimble. But it falls on the Nurburgring because of top speed. The cars from Lotus top out at 150 mph, which other cars can exceed on some of the Ring’s straightaways. That’s why the Exige can’t fall below 8 minutes.

The Lotus cars would be much more competitive on tracks that were nothing but curves, where the lightweight would allow them to hits corners harder and come out faster.

Makes me wanna go and test ride one.
