Good one about the GTO LS2 though, although I would advise the drivers with highly modified GTO’s not to try and outrun those inline sixes made by the Japanese.

If it ain’t the king of the ring, why would you want to call it that? But I do realize that the KR stands for that even on the earlier models. However its one thing to have a name and its another when people actually refer to it as one, giving the impression that it is the actual king of the road.

however i dont consider the mustang a respectable muscle car either...its a lowsy 4.6 liter SOHC v-8 with only 300bhp

not very impressive considering the 350Z makes that hp and its a DOHC 3.5 liter v-6... but then again thats why i’m a fan of DOHC instead of a lowsy SOHC especially in an engine with no modifications

yea the evo runs at the same price and will beat it but i’m talking about more superior muscle cars with better engines.. for example GTO with the LS2. but regardless of that it comes down to preference.

well to reach that kind of hp i’m sure they had to use a high octane racing fuel or and ethanol mix or something but the tires would definitly help with the traction
