Cadillac CTS-V Coupe to debut at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show

So true but everybody who has "made it" gets a BMW. Too many on the road. Besides we do not live in Germany. Cadillac have stepped their game up and will continue to do so. These are not just cars, these are JOBS for people who live in THIS country. Saw a CTS-V sedan yesterday and it was breathtaking.

Cadillac CTS Coupe

Regular unleaded you say? This is indeed very nice. For those of us who live in USA this is a very viable option. I like-indeed I like.

Chevrolet TrailBlazer SS

A sale was going on in the Fall of 08 and I picked up the SS for less than the sported Equinox. It was a no-brainer. I Had tried the TrailBlazer LT and it was sluggish on the go and soft throught the turns and road bends. Once went to pass someone and had to pull back in because there just wasn’t the umph needed (was rather embarassing). The Voyager I owned at the time had better acceleration.

The difference between the LT and the SS is like night and day! 15 years a go I took an 85’ silver 1/2 ton Chevy P/U and dropped in a 400hp 350 4 bolt, which will make this silver TrailBlazer SS my second Silver Bullet. Although the way this one is geared (411 W/Overdrive) and suspended, it would of ran circles around the 85’.

14 months later and it’s still fun. I may only have 7,300 miles on it but enough to know I’m satisfied and the TrailBlazer surpasses all my needs in an SUV, and the ride excellent as well. Although only a 1/4 to a 1/3 of the driving is hwy driving, but I’m getting about 14 to 15 mpg of the inferred 12 city - 16 hwy mpg, even though I still often enjoy the pleasure of being pushed back into the seat, be it on the street (sometimes manualy shifting) or opening it up getting onto the freeway, or being able to pass in almost any situation with confidence! If it had come with the (optional) instant milage display, I know that I would be seeing 17-18 mpg, as the read-out has had a positive effect on my diving habits in prevoius vehicles.

I will no doubt have this TrailBlazer SS past the warranty. Although I believe I’ll have to wait till the warranty expires for the addition of the planned supercharger.

Video: Ram’s new "My name is Ram" commercial

Ram is not a separate Chrysler mark, but what happened is it became a sort of Dodge sub-brand, sort of like AMG for Mercedes but for trucks rather than performance cars.

Kia celebrates first US-built vehicle

As much as I don’t want to burst everyone’s bubbles but the Kia Sorento is something. I say that the 2011 version looks even better than the Japanese Mitsubishi Monterosport especially since it is equipped with a panoramic sunroof. Exciting.
