The Aprilia Scarabeo made its debut in 1993 and today, after 20 years of history, still continues to be considered a fairly practical, efficient and reliable scooter.

Thanks to its unique design language, the 2013 Aprilia Scarabeo 100 is considered an icon in its segment as it offers a perfect merge between the classic and contemporary lines.

The 2013 Aprilia Scarabeo 100 is propelled by a horizontal, single cylinder, four stroke engine that sends its power to the ground via an automatic gearbox. The engine has a maximum output of 8 HP, which means that you can expect to a pretty low fuel consumption. Moreover, Aprilia even says that the fuel consumption figures “are similar to those of a 50 with performance typical of a 125 engine”.
