The Benelli Tornado Naked TRE899 is a sporty naked especially created for those who love adrenaline and speed.

As far as design is concerned the Tornado Naked TRE899 is wrapped in a futuristic skin with faceted surfaces and a compact tail guard that underline its aggressive character. The bike is painted in a tasty, new matt black colour combined with a flame-red frame and a few white parts.

The motorcycle’s backbone is represented by a stiff yet light frame made of a trestle steel front and adjoining aluminium alloy cast. In the center of the frame sits an in Line 3 Cylinders, 4-Stroke, Liquid Cooled engine with 4 valves per cylinder. The unit has a displacement of 898 Cm³ and puts out a maximum power of 88 Kw (120 Cv) at 9500 Rpm and 88 Nm (9 Kgm) of torque at 8000 Rpm.

The sporty spirit of the Benelli Tornado TRE 1130 R has conquered a lot of fans. Its tasty design lines inspire power, while the imposing note of the exhaust is an instant head turner.

At the heart of the Benelli Tornado TRE 1130 R stays a capable inline three-cylinder engine with 88 mm bore and 62 travel, exceeding little over 1,130 cm3 of displacement.

The unit features electronic injection through three large 53 mm diameter circular throttle bodies, two overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder. The engine delivers a maximum output of 157.8 HP (116 kW) at 10200 rpm and 120 Nm (12.2 kgm) of torque at 8400.

Power is sent to the rear wheel through a 6-speed transmission with dry clutch, anti-skipping device and hydraulic control.

On the other hand, the frame is composed of a main section in the form of a tubular steel trellis completed with strong aluminium plates.

Claimed as the best Tornado Naked to have ever been produced by the Italian maker, the Sport Evo stands out thanks to its 127.4 horsepower engine and a versatile chassis to back it up. It represents one of the best ways to prove that the naked segment is clearly influenced by such builders and it was well worth taking it for a ride (like that’s ever bothering).

Benelli has created the Tornado Tre 1130 model as an exquisite alternative to Japanese and other European motorcycles and it ended up as the most successful and representative model produced by the Italian maker. Ever since its introduction it hasn’t gone through that much changes due to the fact that the first ever was such a big hit, but let’s see what the 2008 model has to offer.

Benelli’s absolutely brand new naked bikes, the Tornado Naked Tre 899 and the Tornado Naked Tre 899s, are aggressively styled powerful Italian machines created with the clear goal of getting a share of the naked segment which has gained enormous popularity in the past years. By simply taking a look at the SPECS page and at the bikes, you’ll surely reckon these two have all the chances to complete with the purpose of their creation and I won’t contradict you at all.

Exclusivity, design, determined character. This is the Benelli formula behind the Tornado Novecento Tre. The Tornado’s aggressive line is dynamic and light, partly because without a radiator the front is noticeably tapered.

Exclusivity and technology blend perfectly in this "hand-crafted" bike. Benelli’s objective was clear: to project the ideal sports motorcycle. And this is exactly what we have achieved with the Tornado Limited Edition.
