According to this video, people with absolutely no talent whatsoever but definitely with a soft spot for fast food, would go to almost any lengths to look cool. This leaping biker attempts to jump over his buddy on a motorcycle doing 20mph and makes sure he won’t have any heirs in the process. Hear what he says afterwards and you’ll have a laugh crisis.
Mulholland highway, the favorite play ground for LA riders has claimed yet another motorcycle crash on those sinuous curves and this time it was a beginning rider on a Honda NX250. His first time on the twisties turned into a lesson to never approach corners faster than he’s able to negociate them. But we should all learn from his mistake and drop point fixation in favor of counter steering.
Hill climbing has never been thought at as to a safe sport, but this is more than we can take. This video shows some of the craziest climbs ever, among which most are, obviously, failed. But wait till the end to see one rider that had a rather slow and safe approach towards the hill and who made it.
Mulholland highway in Los Angeles, California sure has its tricky bits and careless riders tend to point them with their own fails. Earlier this year, we saw a Honda CBR1000RR being crashed into the guardrail as a result of point fixation and shifting error and today we bring you exactly that same type of crash happening on the same stretch of highway. Hmm, that’s a bad curve for Hondas as this is a CBR600F4i. Look but don’t learn.
Everyday stuff such as a roller carousel and a scooter aren’t dangerous at all as long as people use them for the purposes they were created for, but teenagers aren’t quite known for doing that with stuff on a regularly basis. So take a look at this video to see what happens when a bunch of teenagers try to spice up their carousel ride using the power of a scooter. Hope that guy is ok.

Alex de Angelis was warming up for the Moto2 race at Jerez a couple of weekends back when his bike engaged into a highside, sending him rolling end-over-end on the side of the track. From what this leaked video shows, you’ll have all the reasons to think that de Angelis couldn’t have survived this and we totally agree, except he did. The RSM Team Scot rider even managed to walk away unharmed from his incredible crash and was willing, but not allowed by circuit doctors to participate in the race. Video after the jump.

Very often, careless riders end up challenging different obstacles around them and in most cases the obstacles are the ones that win. This is also the case of this possibly drunk fellow riding a scooter around just so that he would look a bit more interesting on the camera until a handrail gets him. That’s just crazy.
Apparently, the rider of this Yamaha R6 was riding on LA’s Mulholland highway, also known as “the Snake,” this past weekend when he crashed as a result of a highside and the bike immediately caught fire. First attempts to extinguish the fire were in vain, so the owner simply watched his bike burning until it remained only frame and engine. Now that’s a sad moment for any biker out there. Let’s just hope that his insurance covers that.
We just came across an interesting post on the triumph675 forum about the anatomy of a highside described by the author of the crash himself. Apparently, the rider was trying a new approach for Turn 9 of the Chuckwalla Valley Raceway and the tricky section of the track combined with a bit of dust turned out disastrous for the Suzuki SV650, while the rider walked away with nothing but a hurt pride.
The bike, which was recently fitted with new bodywork and paint, is now $3K away from another track day. Better luck next time!
Usually, when stunts go wrong someone gets seriously hurt, but when water is involved, the natural element sometimes forgives stunt men (women in this case) from the usual ride to the hospital. Take a look at this video showing stunt woman Maria Kelly trying to ride her jet ski off a waterfall and see what happens.
