The Harley-Davidson FXSTC Softail Custom was named "Cruiser of the Year" at the annual V-Twin Expo Excellence in Motorcycling Awards. This past January at the 2007 Washington D.C. Auto Show, Harley-Davidson conducted a live, on-site bike build demonstration of a 2007 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic motorcycle within the Urban Restylin’ Salon presented by Automotive Rhythms. The Customizer, found in the Accessories section of the Harley-Davidson Web site, will now feature Softail models too. Currently, the Customizer features Sportster, Dyna, and VRSC models only, but H-D plans to eventually include all model families. The Customizer allows users to build their dream bike online by selecting a model and then customizing it by adding accessories and changing paint colors.
