Kenny Roberts-Leader of the Parade to Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Racer Kenny Lee Roberts led a parade of motorcyclists from downtown Indianapolis to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The parade had a very simple task: to announce the Red Bull Indianapolis GP, scheduled for September 14, 2008.

Roberts rode a Honda streetbike in the parade and was joined on the ride by former 250cc GP racer Andy Leisner, now a partner in Hardcar Holdings. Leisner is also a former AMA Pro Vice President and worked for Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca before leaving to from Hard Card Productions with former AMA Pro executives John Farris and Scott Hollingsworth.
