Lehman Trikes USA, Inc. proudly rolled out the new “Pit Boss” trike powered by Victory on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at the Mineral Palace Hotel and Casino in Deadwood, South Dakota. The event coincided with “Lehman Trikes Day” proclaimed by Mayor Franco Toscana at the opening of the unveiling ceremony. Special events were held throughout Deadwood to celebrate the event. Numerous industry and governmental dignitaries plus media representatives attended the rollout party.

Earlier in the afternoon, members of the press were invited to tour Lehman’s Assembly plant in Spearfish, SD where they were introduced to preproduction models of the Pit Boss trike built around the Victory Kingpin motorcycle. The Pit Boss will be sold exclusively through selected Lehman dealers beginning in the summer of 2007.

The Pit Boss is the result of a recently penned agreement between Lehman Trikes and Victory Motorcycles which provides concurrent development, supply, marketing, and licensing relationships. The Pit Boss is built and designed by Lehman with initial structural testing completed by Victory.

Daniel W. Patterson, President of Lehman Trikes USA, commented that the new trike provides, “a blending of style and astounding power. The Pit Boss is distinctive, exciting, and fun. It is purposely designed to have wide-ranging appeal, while continuing to provide the customer the same Lehman amenities and excellent qualities upon which we have built our reputation. Lehman is the ‘trike company.’”

Gary Gray, Product Manager of Victory Motorcycles stated, “Victory is ‘The New American Motorcycle,’ and we are committed to delineating what an American Motorcycle company can be. We challenge people’s perceptions. Thus, the relationship between Victory and Lehman is a natural fit to explore new opportunities in the threewheel motorcycle market and our Kingpin is the perfect cruiser platform for this particular product.”

The Pit Boss will be on display at the Lehman Trikes Show Truck during the Laughlin River Run Rally in April and Myrtle Beach Bike Week in May. It can also be seen at Americade and Laconia in June, Wing Ding at Billings, Montana in July, Sturgis in August, and Myrtle Beach Fall Rally and Biketoberfest in October. Details will follow for extended evaluations by members of the press on the 2008 Pit Boss; Lehman tentatively plans to have these media units available beginning in late August, 2007.

Lehman Trikes, Inc. has over 20-years’ experience as a world leader in the manufacture of turnkey trikes, conversion kits and accessories. Lehman continues as the “Leader of the Three World.”
