On Easter, test a Buell at Chippenham

Chippenham Bike Meet is one of the biggest meeting places for motorcyclists in the South of England on a Monday evening. Visitors to this week’s event can enjoy a barbecue and the opportunity to test ride a wide range of motorcycles from Buell’s 2007 model line-up.

Every Buell motorcycle incorporates the brand’s Trilogy of Technology design principle. The low unsprung weight, mass centralisation and frame rigidity – that is engineered into each machine – ensures stability and agility for rider enjoyment of the Buell experience.

All of the models at the Chippenham Bike Meet are part of a competitive insurance offer that is available in nationwide dealerships until 30 April. This includes the Lightning range, which has ergonomic solutions for taller and shorter riders with the Lightning Long XB12Ss and Lightning XB12Scg respectively starting at £7,745($15,227) on the road.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to try-out the great value Buell Lightning CityX XB9SX, which retails at just £6,495($12,768) on the road and the sporty Firebolt XB12R – voted by Bike magazine as “Best Handling motorcycle” in 2004 – priced at £7,745($15,227) OTR.

“This is an extremely exciting development for Buell,” says Buell UK Assistant Marketing Manager Tom Robinson. “It is the first event which our promotional team is visiting and we hope that we will be well received by visitors to the Chippenham Bike Meet. We are also very grateful for the support of the Lysley Arms in putting on this event. It’s a great opportunity to get Buell motorcycles out to the public and continue to build brand awareness in 2007 and beyond.”

Any motorcyclist wishing to take part in a test ride will need a valid driving licence and appropriate protective clothing.
