The Benelli BN 600R is the sporty version of the base BN 600 model. The R model is powered by the same engine as its brother, namely a 600cc, 4 cylinders in line, 4-stroke, liquid cooled, 4 valves per cylinder DOHC engine which generates 60 kw (82 hp) at 11500 rpm and 52 Nm (5.3 kgm) of torque 10500 rpm, and is paired to a six speed transmission.
However, the Benelli BN600R comes with upgraded suspensions including Marzocchi front forks and adjustable Sachs rear shock absorbers.
Like the base BN 600 model, the BN 600 R features a frame created of steel trestle up front and aluminum in the rear.
The motorcycle’s speed is kept under control by Brembo front 320 mm twin floating discs squeezed by radial calipers, and a rear single 240 mm disc paired with a double piston caliper.
You also get Metzeler Sportec M5 tyres, alloy tapered handlebars, fully braided steel brake lines and twin under-seat exhaust pipes.
