Buell Motorcycle Company announced a groundbreaking new Track Day Program called "Inside Pass: The Ultimate Track Day" that will open premium race tracks around the U.S. to riders of all brands and give them the opportunity to test ride the latest Buell models on-track during the event.

Buell Motorcycle Company, the innovative sports motorcycle arm of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, announced to its dealers that it will produce and sell a liquid-cooled, 450cc four-stroke motocross motorcycle by 2009 – although an MXi source says that he would not be surprised if the motorcycle arrives sooner than that.

Riders Victor Carlos Testoni and Rudolfo Garcia Varlea along with passenger Catia Regina Granelli Alves took a journey across the Americas aboard two Buell Ulysses motorcycles this past year. The winner of the Buell "Super TT Trick-Out" contest, which encouraged riders to create their own original artwork for Buell’s newest motorcycle, the Buell Lightning Super TT XB12STT, was announced on January 29. Hundreds of detailed and highly stylized entries were submitted, but only 10 finalists were chosen by Erik Buell. The Larz Anderson Auto Museum in Brookline, Mass. welcomed Erik Buell, sportbike designer, engineer, Chairman and Chief Technical Officer of Buell Motorcycle Company on Friday, January 19, 2007.
