2006 Ducati Multistrada 1000s DS

The Multistrada 1000s DS retains the powerful 992 cc engine, and adds carbon fibre belt covers. Powerful, reliable and high torque even at low revs, the engine gives lightning-fast acceleration and outstanding linear power delivery.

Suspension is, quite simply, superb: the fully adjustable TiN-treated Öhlins fork provides superior road-holding. The rear shock (Öhlins again) is fully adjustable and features a remote preload adjuster for quick situation tuning without the need for tools.

A top-quality aluminium alloy rear swingarm and tapered alloy handlebars are also featured on the “S” model.
