2007 Harley-Davidson FXDB Dyna Street Bob

Posted on by 4

The 2007 FXDB Dyna Street Bob again proves less can be more taking minimalist styling cues from the post-World War II "bobber" movement and the custom choppers of the 1970s to a modern motorcycle.

The Street Bob shuns components like a passenger seat and pegs. A solo seat at 25.8 inches high clearly states that this is a motorcycle for the individualist. Features like a mini ape-hanger handlebar, the classic Fat Bob fuel tank, a wrap-around rear fender and Chrome, Laced Steel wheels combine with the Twin Cam 96 engine for a stylish and powerful ride. A wrinkle-black finish applied to the battery box, console and belt guard completes the street-ready look. The Street Bob is available in six solid colors and a new Olive Pearl/Vivid Black two-tone.

Anyone Know where i can find solid chrome wheels for 2007 St Bob

fmshine,

your modified 06 is going to be faster than an 07 with the 96". I have an 06 with new pipes, fuelpack, and an intake. Its a fun bike but it is more stylish than quick. I am not impressed with the 96" production motor. So you made a good decision on the 05 and dont listen to the other dealers, they are just pissed you didnt buy the bike from them. Tell your dealer if he doesnt think your bike is faster than have him start up a new one and race.

Stine dago: I just bought an 06 street bob that the dealer built for himself. It has the screamin eagle upgrade, (big bore) the bigger cams with the compression release buttons, vance & hines pipes. It is now a 1550 engine. It is a rocket ship. The front wheel can lift up shifting into 4th gear. I love the bike. The problem is that another local dealer told me that I would have been better off with the 07 because of the bigger engine. I cant imagine more power than I have, it is already crazy. Do you think the output of my 06 is higher than that of the stock 07? The dealer I purchased it from tells me I have 105 HP. Do the larger cams make the difference? You cant believe these darn dealers. Everyone says the deal you got with another dealer is a rip off. I added up just the cosmetic upgrades the guy did on the bike, including the chrome wheels that were $1200 each and it came to 20K. The dealer claims he has almost 26 K into the bike. I cant believe that the stock 07 could even aopproach the power I have of this bike. It is even difficult to ride slow because the slightest turn on the throttle brings you up to 50mph.
I welcome your comments. Thanks
