The Hero Honda Glamour has received a series of upgrades to keep it up with today’s standards. This facelift is pretty significant as the bike has received both styling and technical modifications.

For the starters the 125 cc engine is now paired with ASFS (advanced swirl flow induction system) which helps it deliver better performances and a more generous range. The maximum power is rated at 6.72 KW (9BHP) @ 7000 RPM, while the peak torque is rated at 10.35 N-m @ 4000 RPM.

On the other hand, the bike has received a new front fairing, body, and stripes. The front mudguard design is also worthy of being mentioned as it features a dual-tone theme. Other highlights of the new Hero Honda Glamour include the stylish visor and headlights, the edgy new muffler cover and the new aerodynamic air scoop shrouds.

Developed to deal effortless even with the harshest terrains, the Hero impulse is the first motorcycle which wears a Hero Motor Corp badge.

The new bike has a sporty design with a black mudguard and a high headlamp. Additionally the wide handlebars come with knuckle-guards to keep mud off your hands.

The Hero Impulse is powered by a 149.2 cc, air cooled, 4- stroke single cylinder OHC which offers a maximum power of 9.7 kW (13.2 Ps) @ 7500 rpm and 13.4 Nm of torque @ 5000 rpm.

The bike is equipped with the new ATFT- Advanced Tumble Flow Induction Technology. This technology offers a better balance of power and full efficiency, improving the mileage and reducing noxes. The ride quality is assured by a long stroke front suspension and a Nitrox gas-filled mono shock rear suspension.

The Hero Motor Corp Impulse has a starting price of Rs 66,800 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Hero Honda launched an improved version of its CD-Down model which is one of the cheapest bikes in its class.

The 2012 Hero Honda CD Dawn comes with a 97.2cc, air cooled, 4 stroke, single cylinder, OHC engine. Compared to the old unit, the new engine received a series of tweaks which raised its power output to 7.7 hp at 7500 rpm and 7.55 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. Power is sent to the wheels through a 4 speed gearbox. Other technical highlights include CDI ignition and handle lock instead of ignition lock.

The ride quality is assured by front telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers and a rear 2-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorber.

As far as design goes, the new Hero Honda CD-Dow can be easily recognized thanks to its new side cover, sporty graphics and the body color front fender.

Hero Honda updated its popular Splendor Plus model. The new bike features a fresh design language, modern alloys, new graphics and new colors. One of the most striking visual modifications is the new front cowl which gives the bike a more aggressive look. We also like the sporty rear end which enhances its modern look. On the other hand the instrument panel looks a bit dated for today’s standards, but at least its offers a good read and incorporates vital stats such as the fuel indicator and speedometer.

The Splendor Plus continues to offer the same comfortable seat found at the previous model and it also keeps the same handlebar configuration.

The bike is built on a strong tubular double cradle frame and has a wide 1230mm wheelbase which provides smooth and safety riding.

Power comes from an air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder, OHC engine with a displacement of 97.2 cc and a peak power of 7.5 Ps at 8000 rpm.

Hero Honda revealed the new version of the CBZ Xtreme. Compared to the previous generation the new model features fresh headlights which are based on the ones found at the new CBR model.

The bike is also offered with a sporty dashboard which has 3 dials, one for the speedometer, one for the rpm indicator and another for the fuel indicator.

At the heart of the Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme lies an air cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder, OHC, 149.2 cc engine which delivers a maximum output of 14.4 hp at 8500 rpm and 12.8 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. The ride quality is assured by front telescopic hydraulic suspensions and a rear rectangular swing arm with 5 step adjustable gas reservoir suspension. On the other hand, the stopping power is assured by front 240 mm and rear 220 mm discs.

Hero Honda India has launched the 2012 Karizma ZMR which features a series of small upgrades. For the starters, the bike features new graphics, clear lens turn indicators, a redesigned engine cowl and new colors for the instrument cluster. Other features offered for the 2013 Hero Honda Karizma ZMR include a set of black alloy die-cast wheels, new fairing, silencer unit, dual light tailpiece and clear lens front indicators.

The 2013 Karizma offers a comfortable riding position thanks to its ergonomic seat and the sporty handle bar. Moreover, the bike features high class front shock-absorbers which do a great job of damping the vibrations.

On the safety side of things, the Karisma ZMR features a Bank Angle Sensor that switches off the ignition automatically if the bike tips over, tubeless tyres on both wheels, front and rear dics breakes and a multi reflector DC headlight.

If you’re a bike that’s been bestowed the name "Hunk," you better live up to it...and then some.

Fortunately, the Hero Honda Hunk doesn’t have to worry about the proverbial backlash attached to its name. That’s because the bike has been a popular seller in the Indian market due to its dashing combination of good looks and performance know-how.

For the 2012 model, the overall look of the bike remains largely unchanged, although the addition of a digital instrument cluster is a refreshing bonus. We admit it; it’s easy to get caught up in a bike that pretty much gives you everything you ask for. Having said that, it’s even easier to get excited over the Hero Honda Achiever, a bike that distinguishes itself for its imposing looks and performance credentials.

Indian motorcycle manufacturer, Hero Motor Corp, has launched a new scooter in its line up. Called the Hero Honda Maestro automatic scooter, this machine is the second scooter from the world’s largest motorbike maker after Pleasure.

In its own style, the Maestro has a similar design with the Honda Activa, although the former’s neat design and large proportions was done in order to cater to the male market. The Maestro also has a digital-analog instrument cluster as a new feature, making it really up to the times.

The new Honda Maestro scooter is available in a choice of six colors, including blue, green, white, black, silver, and red.

If you are intent on owning the Honda Maestro scooter, you might need to wait one up to three months to get a piece of one. Yeah, it’s expected to sell like pancakes.

If Hero Motor Corp can make this Hero Maestro available in the market right now, we can expect that it will be sell very well in the market since there are many buyers waiting for the real Maestro in their country.
