The TXC250R was already an outstanding off road motorcycle but after the 2013 upgrades, Husqvarna managed to raise the bar even higher leaving many of its rivals far behind.
The most important upgrade is of course the redhead engine which offers a five-percent increase in peak horsepower and an eight-percent increase in maximum torque.
Therefore the 2013 unit’s increased bottom end power allows you to move easier than before without requiring frequent downshifts. This will make a huge difference when you’ll have to deal with the technical sections of the track.
