Fast, agile and aerodynamic, the Hyosung GT650R is a sport motorcycle developed for those who love high speeds and adrenaline.

This unchained beast is propelled by a 647 cc liquid cooled, DOHC, 8-valve 90°; V-twin engine which is kept in leash by a six speed constant mesh transmission. The engine features electronic fuel injection and its fuel consumption is rated at 67MPG.

The motorcycle’s backbone is an oval tube frame that was carefully forged to be a perfect match for the strong 647 cc unit. The frame is combined with sporty suspensions that consist of a front upside down telescopic fork (compression, rebound damping adjustable) and a rear swing arm with Progressive linkage hydraulic mono shock absorber (Preload adjustable). The stopping power is handled by front and rear disc brakes.

The Hyosung 2013 GTR250R was launched in 2005 and since has received a series of upgrades which help it remain on the same line with its rivals.

In terms of design , the 2013 Hyosung GTR250R features an aerodynamic fairing combined with a sporty windscreen and a sharp fuel tank.

At its heart lies an Air / Oil cooled, DOHC 8 valve, 75° V-twin engine with a displacement of 249 cc. The engine is kept in check by a five speed constant mesh transmission that offers an average fuel consumption of 78 MPG.

This timeless cruiser is powered by an Air / Oil cooled DOHC, EFI, 8-valve, 75° V-twin engine with a displacement of displacement of 249cc. The engine is linked to a five speeds constant mesh transmission that offers an average fuel consumption of 80 mpg. Apart from being efficient, the fuel injected engine feels pretty lively on the open road rewarding you with a hassle free riding experience. It is also worthy of being mentioned that the The 250cc v-twin includes roller bearing cam shafts, 2 piece spring dampened bevel primary drive gears and dual squelch combustion chamber.

It’s been 30 years since Hyosung was founded in South Korea. Here’s some info on the 30th anniversary edition of the GV 650 Aquila, which will on show at the NEC later this week. In South Korea, the Hyosung Motor Company was incorporated back in 1978. It didn’t make too many headlines, but today and almost 30 years on, the Hyosung GV650 Anniversary model commemorates the start of the company back in the 70s.
