KTM has finally revealed its new 2014 1190 Adventure. The new motorcycle is fitted with a set of special features which make it better suited for adventures on two wheels.

One of the special features offered by the 2014 KTM 1190 Adventure is Bosch’s new MSC (Motorcycle Stability Control) which further enhances the bike’s safety. Other features worthy of being mentioned include C-ABS, MTC (Motorcycle Traction Control), a multi-function cockpit, daytime running lights and LED indicators.

The KTM 1190 Adventure weighs only 230 kg (wet) and is powered by a strong 2 cylinder, 4 stroke, spark ignition, liquid cooled engine with a displacement of 1,195 Cm³. The unit is brought to life by an electric starter and delivers a maximum output of 148 hp. Its power is transferred to the rear wheel through a six speed, claw shifted transmission.

Meet the 2014 KTM 690 Duke, a fast bike aimed at adrenaline-hungry riders. While designing the 690 Duke, KTM’s engineers have focused on cutting the bike’s weight as much as possible. Therefore, the motorcycle comes with a 9 kg lightweight tubular space frame made from chrome-molybdenum steel which is paired with a 4 kg lightweight, pin-jointed, die-cast swingarm. After this entire struggle the engineers have managed to obtain a dry weight of only 149.5 kg (without fuel), which is pretty impressive.

At the heart of the motorcycle lies a modern, 690 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, spark-ignition, liquid-cooled engine. The unit develops a maximum power of 67 hp and is mated on a six speed, claw shifted transmission.

As far as suspensions are concerned, the KTM 690 Duke is equipped with front WP Suspension up side down forks and a rear WP Suspension shock absorber with Pro-Lever linkage.

When it comes to enduro motorcycles the KTM 450 XC-W is one of the most wanted models from the market. To make it even more appealing to off-road riders, KTM has decided to give it a set of upgrades for 2014.

The new model year features a fresh body work with redesigned shrouds, airbox cover, front fender, headlight fairing and headlight. More upgrades were made to the swingarm, suspensions and the airbox.

The 2014 KTM 450 XC-W is propelled by a 449cc, 1-cylinder 4-stroke, SOHC, water-cooled engine which is mated to a 6-speed gear box with DDS (Damped Diaphragm Steel) clutch. The engine is fed by a 8.5 liter fuel tank and is combined with both with kickstarters and electric starters.

As far as prices are concerned, the 201KTM 450 XC-W can be yours for no less than $9,499.

The KTM 350 XCF-W is one of the toughest machines in its class. From the moment you jump on its saddle, the bike is ready to reward you with a fun riding experience being able to deal effortless with everything you ask of it.

At its heart lies a compact, DOHC, 349 cc, 1-cylinder 4-stroke, water-cooled engine which is linked to a 6-speed gear box. The unit is brought to life by an electric starter and is fed by a generous fuel tank made of lightweight polythene with a capacity of 8.5 L.

The stopping power is handled by high-tech Brembo brakes that are offered as standard equipment. The braking system includes lightweight Wave discs that are combined with a new master cylinder with a new reservoir, a smaller piston diameter and a new lever with optimized kinematics.

The KTM 450 SX-F is a practical off roader built with versatility in mind. The bike is propelled by a 1 cylinder 4 Stroke, water cooled, 449.3 Cm³ (27.418 Cu In) engine which sends its power to the rear wheel through a 5 gear, claw shifted transmission. The engine is fed by a new, lightweight polythene tank with a capacity of 1.98 gallons.

All components are mounted on a modern frame made of lightweight, high strength chromoly steel sections that offers a perfect mix compromise between longitudinal stiffness with torsional rigidity.

As far as suspensions are concerned, the 2014 KTM 450 SX-F is equipped with a front WP Suspension up side down fork (4860 MXMA CC) and a rear WP Suspension shock absorber (5018 BAVP DCC).

Since it made its debut, the KTM 350 SX-F has proved that it is a very capable off roader. The 2014 model year moves KTM’s heritage further and continues to reward us with first class performances in terms of power, ride and handling.

At the heart of the motorcycle lies a 1-cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled engine with a displacement of 349.7 Cm³ (21.34 Cu In). The engine sends its power to the ground through a 5-gear, claw shifted transmission. It is fed by a 7.5 liters fuel tank and needs to deal with a wet weight of only 104.9 kg so you get a great power to weight ratio.

KTM has taken the wraps off its 2014 250 XCF-W. The motorcycle comes with a set of upgrades which help it remain among the top dogs in its segment.

The main upgrade is the all new 4, stroke DOHC engine that delivers more torque than the old unit helping you deal better with tough tracks. KTM says that apart from the new unit, the 2014 model year also comes with a tweaked frame and a fresh bodywork. The modified bodywork elements include the shrouds, airbox cover, front fender, headlight fairing and the headlight.

The engine is linked to a new 6-speed enduro gear box that comes with shorter gear ratios in 4th, 5th and 6th gear than the old unit.

As far as suspensions are concerned, the 2014 KTM 250 XCF-W rides on a front WP Suspension Up Side Down fork and a rear WP Suspension shock absorber.

The 2014 KTM 300 XC-W is a reliable off road machine that offers a perfect mix between power, agility and handling. The motorcycle offers the best power to weight ratio in its class and is propelled by a 293 cc, 1 cylinder, 2 stroke, water-cooled engine with reed intake and exhaust control.

The unit is combined with a kick starter and an electric starter and is mated to a 6 gear, claw shifted transmission. You also get a sporty exhaust control that ensures a manageable power delivery. After all those countless discussions and teasers, the all new KTM 1290 Super Duke R has been finally revealed. The bike looks certainly better than we’ve expected and it is also more potent than that you might guess.

At the heart of this naked beauty lies a 75-degree 108x71mm bore/stroke 1,301cc v-twin engine that puts out an impressive power of 180 HP at 8,870 rpm and 144 Nm of torque. All this power is kept under control by a six speed gearbox and a PASC slipper clutch. Fire up the engine and you’ll hit the 200 kmph mark in no less than 7,2 seconds.

The motorcycle’s backbone is represented by a powder coated, chromium-molybdenum-steel trellis frame which is paired with a 48mm WP USD fork and a WP rear shock.

The KTM 1290 Super Duke R weighs 189 kg and its speed is kept under control by Brembo M50 monoblock calipers and 320 mm brake discs combined with a modern Bosch ABS.
