Posted on by

The Peugeot City Star was created with efficiency and agility in mind. As a result, it has all it needs to help you deal well with the city traffic, while also keeping the low fuel consumption to as low as possible.

At the heart of this compact scooter lies a 125cc fuel-injected engine which puts out a maximum power of 14 hp. The unit is paired with a 9.5 litre fuel tank that offers a pretty decent riding range.

The stopping power is handled by front and rear hydraulic disc brakes that measure 240mm and 210mm respectively.

Other features offered by the Peugeot CityStar include a streamlined windshield, a wrap-around bodywork and 13 inch wheels.

As far as storage places are concerned, the CityStar features a lockable compartment under the seat that can accommodate two helmets, a bag hook and a glove box equipped with a 12V socket.

Overview

Peugeot CityStar

Compact and economical, with sharp looks and great handling, the Citystar is a slick mover in the city. And when you need to get out of town, its 125cc fuel-injected engine offers plenty of performance for the open road.

Combining the best features of maxi-scooters into a compact body for urban use, the Citystar is incredibly well equipped. Powered by a 14 bhp high torque 125cc motor, its engine performance is matched by its braking power. With front and rear hydraulic disc brakes of 240mm/210mm the Citystar provides power and control on demand. Weather protection is provided by the streamlined windshield and fluid, wrap-around bodywork.

Storage

Despite its compact size, the Citystar offers maximum storage space, with a lockable compartment under the seat that can accommodate two helmets. There is also a bag hook and a handy glove box with a 12V socket for charging your mobile phone when riding.

Practical

Excellent fuel economy (up to 80mpg) and generous 9.5 litre fuel tank mean a range of more than 150 miles between refills. The Citystar’s 90° turning radius means that it can ‘spin on a sixpence’, for easy parking in the tightest spaces.

Ride with Confidence
