D (6686) - Posted on 09.6.2006 Danny boy , i’ve been riding since 85. I know how to wheelie, the gixxer shouldn’t have any problem with wheelies especially just opening the throttle in first. I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem. Like I stated before it only dynoed at 137 and it feels like my 98 cbr 900. Jack A$$
Danny (6686) - Posted on 09.4.2006 First guy that psoted...if you cant wheelie it in first then you or your scared. You need to get about 35 mph and then just give the throttle a quick twist...bike will jump right up in the air. This bike does a 1/4 mile in 9.7 seconds. If you cant wheelie it you need to give up riding.
D (6686) - Posted on 08.14.2006 i noticed my 06 gsxr 1000, is lacking power ? I can roll on the throttle in 1st and the bike will not wheelie. I had it dynoed and it dynoed at 137hp. Has anyone had this problem ?
(6686) - Posted on 06.15.2006 Now has Showa front forks & not the crappy Kayabas that no-one can fix properly best suited for aircraft landing gear than a motorcycle—now its not dangerous to corner at speed if you have the skill
racerxxx (6686) - Posted on 06.15.2006 high 190’s but the digital guage stops short so if you see 184-185 mph thats all your gonna get from the guage
(6686) - Posted on 04.16.2006 i think that this info is a little off considering that it says the quarter mile is 10.8, and the weight is 166
