Cobra pipes, power comand.
Tons of fun and torque. I traded my ZG1000 and change into the cruiser world. I still needed power. So Took a look at the M109R and took her off the show room floor. Its a blast to ride .You better hold on. H.D folks look at M109R and kinda stratch there heads. I know sooner or later, a HD will test me. With a 11.64 1/4 mile .
and with cobra pipes and powercomand. I dont know what she will do. The V Rod was also very cool but at 6.4 it was to small. I see alot of them 4 sale on ebay and wonder.
I know HD had help making the VROD and HD fans dont really call it a HD.
I went with the beast and love the grows. The HDs seem to back off when I come.
I love the bike. The only problem has been getting the accessories odered, everything for it takes a long time to arrive from manufacturing.
HI. i was going to buy a v rod but seen this wow,
forget it im hooked suzuki well done as ive never owned a suzuki in 30 years this is the time.
as ive had 4 harleys in 15 years and 5 hondas 2 kawaskis 1 bmw.
at least a cruiser that bites and not leak oil or cover me with petrol leaks.
mannnn far out.
My wife surprised me when she bought her man (that would be me) a white Ninja-1400. I already own a blackbird XX which is a real keeper. After my brother pointed this bike to me, I seriously began to think about my future on all sport bikes. Most non sport bikes just do not offer the performance or handling that I have experienced..Now comes the 1st cruiser that has really got my attention. I believe that this would really be a great transitional bike for me to slow it down.......Tired of running from the cops all of the time....lol The suzuki M109 seems to have great looks, good speed and power at an affordable price. Wow So now I am thinking about selling that beautiful blackbird...wonder what I could get for a mint conditioned—18k 1999.....????? mmmmmmmmmmmmmhhh My wife surprised me when she bought her man (that would be me) a white Ninja-1400. I read I believe on this site that the 109 only goes 125 mph? I do not agree.
First shift at 5800 ( anymore will educe wheel spin), next and final 3 at 7300, then take to 7400 RPM will net 150 on the speedo.
DO NOT make the 4th shift into 5th gear as the computer WILL shut you down at 125.
Now granted all speedo’s indicate speed faster than you are really going, but even with a 10% variance that’s still more than 125
