Suzuki B-King concept bike

Suzuki’s new concept bike B-King looks like it could leave every other bike way behind at the traffic lights. And I’m pretty sure it could do that, too. Imagine Suzuki GSX1300 Hayabusa with a super charger - that’s exactly what B-King engine is. There’s no exact engine data available but we know that Hayabusa gives 175 bhp and a super charger could easily add 50% more power. 240 bhp has mentioned. Holy cow!!! That’s about twice as much as what the GSX1400 engine delivers

GSX1400 has the same tire dimensions as Hayabusa. 120 at the front, 190 at the rear. B-King uses 150 and 240 tires! They must have created a new tire model just for B-King...

Materials like carbon fiber, stainless steel, aluminum and leather were used building this awesome superbike. An advanced computer system is integrated to the bike. There are self-diagnosis systems, advanced telemetry, which can use a mobile phone for remote maintenance, setup options, and even a GPS-based weather warning system, in case you are heading for a rained out area, and much more. The engineers at Suzuki are supposed to design a helmet with a GPS navigation system using the visor as a display.

The bike is started using a fingerprint recognition system. There’s also a advanced thief alarm system. If an unauthorized person tries to start or move the bike the owner gets notified of it immediately by his/her mobile phone. There’s a microphone and a speaker built in the bike so the owner can speak with the thief by the phone. If a speaking motorcycle doesn’t scare off the thief, you can activate light and sound alarm and the GPS system helps locating the bike if it actually gets stolen.

And so on. In my opinion the B-King looks really great and it’s filled with fantastic gismos and fun stuff like led flashers acting like a color display if you want. But don’t rush to the dealer yet - B-King is not for sale. Not yet anyway...

Would anyone know how to get a hold of This Suzuki B-King Concept here in the United States? Or even parts for this really nice bike? qbn79@

this thing is going to be awesome !! throw your zx10r on the scrap heap its now obsolete, buy a b king, suzuki rules!!!

Hae this is probably the best looking muscle machine, Suzuki has intruduced since the first naked bandit back in 96.Full marks to Suzi for getting it right.Cant wait for a blast(test drive).

Grim Said: "....will trail my zx10r just like the rest of them on road"

Yeah Cheers.... Sorry nodded off.

As for a serious comment on the B-King: It looks and sounds interesting. It was never meant to be a Sports Bike, that’s why they haven’t dressed it up in a fancy fairing and dropped the bars to wrist aching levels. Without the mirrors will it be legal in the UK, or will it be fitted with some nice wide chrome numbers?
I only hope they are wider than the Yam MT01 versions so you can see more than your elbows.

these things are not supercharged. that was just on the concept bike. the real b king is going to be the same busa motor but about 40 lbs heavier

busas ar heavy junk and this b kang will trail my zx10r just like the rest of them on road

B KING HELL YEAH>>I will be getting one. I have a bUsa 2005 Limited Gun Metal Grey and would sell it tody to get this B King.

I think the Hayabusa is the one with the Supercharger and the B-King lacks it..

I have been a biker for 30 years and roadraced till the kids came along. every friend that i have shown or spoke to about this creations first reaction is for their jaw to hit the floor followed by when where i have to have one, which was my reaction also. i think that when Suzuki go ahead with this it will be the pied piper all over again. and without a shadow of a don’t myself and the majority of my friends will be rushing to the queues at the suzuki dealerships throught the land. i don’t care what the price tag is i started saving the moment i saw the report in superbike. COME ON SUZUKI BRING IT ON YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE.

Quite Simply Awesome. I want one now. take my order

As you may or may not be aware Suzuki chiefs have put out a tentative finger on the feedback from dealers where the new B-King will be revealed (pictures and posters only, shame!)across the world where its reception by the public will decide on its final profile and engine configuration. A v-six is also well on the cards as a production costcutting excercise on the supercharged version.
The bike may have to conform to a legion of health and safety agendas now being put in place by the European union in Brussels to bring the safety aspects of motorcycling in line with car manufacturers, and a N-cap rating of these additions will be put in place by 2009/10.
This is in line with the initiatives already in place to bring fatalities and injuries down. These may include gps systems, air and side impact bags, proactive brakes.gulp!!!!Runflat tyres and self foam encapsulating petrol tanks and body panels-----not to mention bio hazard kill mode switches ie diesel s age, adverse weather conditions and direct link to big brother style automated traffic spacial aware systems to be tested v-soon on some of Europes traffic managed highways.
So to all ----------Have a nice day!
p.s the carrying of hazard breakdown/emergency kits will soon be compulsory for ALL road users............now where the F..k do i stick that 900x900 mm triangle on the new B-king !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they "scaled back" this bike it looks Very stupid now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I already have a Hayabusa. Busas are good, but you get used to the go factor. I1ll buy one of these the day it comes out in Australia.....Chris G. Balnarring Victoria.

Yea Suzuki is good at rubbin their noses in it arent they? If they spent 1/2 as much as Honda in Motogp they would dominate for sure
