Overview

A radically new design, a new body in steel, new sizes, still agile but even more stable and comfortable thanks to its new 11” wheels, vespa primavera is reborn, powered by ultra modern and ecological 50 2t, 50 4t, 125 3v and 150 3v engines.

Thanks to the experience gained with the vespa 946 project, the piaggio style centre has carried out important, innovative work on the surfaces and sections of the bodywork, coming up with assertive design features that, without betraying the flowing form that every vespa must have, still manage to add a new touch of up-to-date sparkle.

The steel sheet bodywork, that also acts as a support, is the element that makes the vespa stand out from every other scooter in the world. The Vespa Primavera body is completely new, although it maintains a loyalty to a unique construction philosophy and consists of pressed, welded parts.

Forever young

In the history of the world, ever since man has been around, young people have been around. And as the history of the Vespa shows, ever since young people have been around, they have been driven by their dreams and covered huge distances to achieve them.

The Vespa Primavera adds an exclamation point to youngsters' pop culture as they grow up: for 50 years it has been the “official carrier” of their dreams and freedom. As each new generation has arrived with its own fashions, music and culture, one thing has never changed: with the Vespa, dreams and freedom have always travelled in the fast lane.

Global style!

The return of the Primavera, designed by future! The new Vespa begins with an advanced streamlined look, whose key elements echo the stylish exclusive image of the «vespa 946». The distinguishing feature is the new body, with a host of new features and even greater end quality. More space between the handlebar and the saddle, and the new saddle height for improved contact with the ground, make for even greater comfort for both rider and passenger. The increased wheelbase and length enhance stability, while retaining the scooter's characteristic lightweight steering and agility. The compartment beneath the saddle easily accommodates a full-jet helmet, for a safer ride into the future.

Tech power!

The technology of the Vespa Primavera has been developed for a better world. Compared with current «small body» models, it marks a step forward, which extends to technological content and construction quality: led daylight running lights and rear lamp, new digital instruments including a trip computer, and 2-stroke 50 cc, 4-stroke 4v 50 cc, 4-stroke 3v electronic injection 125 and 150 cc engines for improved fuel consumption and reduced emissions.

Safety first!

Technology means little unless it protects the user. Safety is a key concern for the Vespa Primavera, whose technical solutions provide rider and passenger with more than enhanced riding pleasure and comfort: 11'' wheels, a new front suspension with the shock damper hinged to the base, led daylight running lights.
