Very rarely do you see a bike like the Yamaha FZS->ke2045 get described as "macho," but all that notwithstanding, this one does come with sporty good looks and an eye-catching design. Put one and one together and you have a product that just speaks to you.
The first great design from the FZS comes from the lower naked part of the bike, particularly in the chain and engine, which have no covers. From there, you can take a good look at the bike's Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) console, which comes with a plethora of high-tech features, including a digital speedometer, a tachometer, a trip meter, a fuel gauge, and other indicators. While the LCD dashboard is similar to what Yamaha FZ-16 has, one noticeable difference between the two is that the FZS looks a lot bigger, thanks in part to its front fairing. Moreover, the logo of Yamaha has been pasted on the airscoops while the bike logo is done the same on the tank.
Finally, the Yamaha FZS is powered by 150cc engine that produces in excess of 14 horsepower and 13.6 Nm (10 lb-ft) of torque.

Features
"Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder 153cc engine"
A newly designed 153cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, single-cylinder, 2-valve engine with a max.output of 14 Ps and a max. torque of 13.6 N.m., characterized by its breathtaking pick up and featuring an electric starter.
"Monocross suspension adopted"
A Monocross rear suspension unit provides 120 mm of wheel travel, while optimized oil and damping valve specs help ensure agile running performance and handling. It inhibits bottoming while riding with a tandem passenger as well as providing a very comfortable ride.
"Exhaust efficiency, sound and concentration of mass"
To give a sense of volume to the machine, an external diameter of 35mm is adopted in a two-layer type exhaust to minimize the effect of heat on the pipe. The layout features a large-volume primary character on the underside of the crankcase. The muffler is an irregular shaped tapered type mid-ship muffler.
"India’s first “140/60-R17” size radial tyre (rear)"
The rear tyre is India’s first radial tyre with a 60% aspect ratio. Both the front and rear tyres on this model are tubeless type that are less susceptible to sudden flattening should the tyre be punctured.
"New stylish graphic "
Cool and exciting graphics make the bike look super-stylish. The graphics give the bike a contemporary and a sporty look. The new look of the bike will surely make heads turn.
"12-liter fuel tank with uniquely styled plastic resin cover"
The steel fuel tank with a plastic resin outer cover takes advantage of the freedom of shaping that plastic provides, giving the tank cover a powerful shape with modulations suggestive of the muscular body of an athlete.
"Trendy Meter Console"
The meters on the FZS are installed in a Full Liquid Crystal Display. The speedometer, tachometer, trip meter, fuel gauge and other indicators are set in optimum position to keep the field of vision clear. Also, the engine starting signal is an example of the spirit of innovation.
"Fender"
The bike sports a fairly wide rear fender that guards the tyre from the mud and water splashes. It minimizes the effect of the mud/splash and gives maximum protection.
"Seat"
More seat space provides a more comfortable riding experience. The seat is long, firm and especially designed for the pillion rider. The grab bar not only acts as a backrest but is something the pillion rider can hold on to if the road is bumpy.
