Genesis® 4-stroke High Output engine

Bred for Snocross competition, the High Output engine delivers massive bottom-end power, its lightweight crank and fuel injection delivering instant throttle response across the RPM band. The latest X–TX features an oil pressure sensing system, side heat exchanger cooling and the remarkable Engine Braking Reduction System (E.B.R.S.).

New Camoplast® Ripsaw™ 1.75 lug track with extrovert drive

The Ripsaw™ is acknowledged as the best all-round track for acceleration and cornering. The latest FXNytro X-TX features extrovert drive sprockets with 1.75 (44mm) lugs. These mesh precisely with holes in the track, acting like a gear mechanism to deliver new levels of grip and propulsion in all conditions.

New front suspension design and wider 'dual-keel' skis

The double wishbone, wide-stance front suspension has a new, slimmer shock absorber design, finished in stylish black anodised aluminium. Wide 'dual-keel' skis mean the FXNytro X-TX simply shrugs off bumps on the trail and excels on climbs. Sidehilling performance and deep snow handling are also exceptional.

Dual Shock CK® 144 rear suspension

With 40mm aluminium HPG shocks, tri-cam pre-load adjuster, a control rod to adjust coupling, and rails tipped up 6° exactly where a 3073mm (121") skid would normally end, this rear suspension offers ultimate adjustability. An adaptable footprint combines unprecedented rough trail ride comfort with excellent off-trail capability.

Over-the-engine steering configuration

The Snocross-proven over-the-engine steering configuration positions the rider in a tall, attacking posture that's comfortable for a full day's riding. It also allows the engine to be tucked deep into the chassis, for optimum balance and mass centralisation which contributes to this latest machine's unprecedented handling abilities.

Lightweight tunnel

The FXNytro X-TX has a race-inspired, lightweight tunnel design. Its running boards are tipped up at an aggressive 11° angle, delivering big ground clearance and enhanced off-trail capability. Equally aggressive boot grippers and large snow evacuation holes are also designed for hard riding in deep snow.

Convenient new dual-switch control for hand warmers

With a glove-friendly switch now provided on each handgrip, you can control the heat of the grip warmers with the left switch and the thumb warmer with the right switch. A quick push up for hotter – down for cooler.

Super-comfortable seating and new windshield

The slim, sculpted seat is well padded and cushioned to reduce vibration, because on this machine, long-distance rider comfort is a priority. With the seat above the tunnel, the track can be a traditional 381mm (15") wide, to maximise traction. The new windshield provides great protection but is lighter and more flexible.
