Among the most notable features of the Yamaha G29E 48 Volt you will find the IntelliPower System that includes a very efficient and smooth 48-Volt motor. The EnduraDrive Transaxle with Internal Disc Brake Technology uses a completely enclosed disc brake system. This eliminates brake drums and shoes, needs only one brake cable, and is projected - based on extensive tests - to have an incredibly long life with ultra-low maintenance.
Industry-leading electric motor
Manufactured by Hitachi, the high-quality electric motor is efficient, whisper-quiet, and one of the most powerful in the industry. Its internal components are nickel-plated and stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and it it features its own internal solid state tachometer.

The industry’s largest, most comfortable seat features deep, supportive contours, which help to hold occupants in place when moving. Designed to accommodate users of all heights and sizes, it’s strengthened against sagging by plated steel inserts.

Strong, lightweight chassis

Yamaha’s maintenance free Tru-Trak II Suspension is fully independent at the front. It uses automotive-style, coil-over shock struts to minimise roll and delivers a smooth, comfortable ride.
Easy diagnostics and programming
Yamaha’s Genius 2 system lets users communicate with the G29’s motor control unit, using any common PDA with an infrared wireless connection. In addition, it enables customisation of speed and regenerative braking; stores and displays battery and vehicle data; and provides diagnostic and troubleshooting information when needed.
