Verdict

The FZ1 is an aggressive looking motorcycle with a macho attitude. Every detail received maximum attention from the company’s engineers, so the built quality is faultless.

Fire up its engine and it will surprise you with its great punch which finds its peak around the 6000 rpm mark and remains strong until it hits the redline. With a maximum speed of around 255 kmph is useless to say that the bike feels right at home on the highways. The really good part, is that thanks to its versatile character and the well tuned engine the bike feels pretty comfortable in the city too. The single disadvantage is that during low speed riding the engine tends to heat up bothering you.

Another drawback is the six speed gearbox which is a bit heavy to operate. But, at least you won’t have any complains about the clutch feedback. The brakes and handling are also pretty impressive for a bike of its type.
