Responsible riders who want carry their children as passengers are now offered the ideal solution from Italian motorcycle accessories and equipment company Givi. They have invented the so-called Baby Ride which is no more than a baby seat similar to ones used in cars and which is belted on the back end of 650cc scooters (that’s why the full name is Baby Ride S650).
The special seat is destined to kids in between 5 and 8 years of age and offers proper lateral support as well as a pair of handles and belt footrests. Made of expanded polyurethane, the Baby Ride is both comfortable and rigid so it meets the most important demands for such a task. For more information, visit the company’s official website at www.givi.it.
A&A Performance has created a supercharger kit that bolts on directly on to the 5th generation VFR engine and increases power with more than 50 percent. As the dyno results show, the V4 engine with entirely stock internals develops almost 160 horsepower on 93 octane pump gas.
The blower kit has just been finalized and it seems that each and every detail was taken in consideration, achieving a complete, high quality product that is clearly the work of an experienced and innovative engineer. His name is Dan and he already began diversifying his offer. The next bikes that he plans to supercharge are 6th generation Hondas as well as the Kawasaki ZX-10R and the Suzuki GSX-R1000.
The ’98-’01 VFR800 Supercharger Kit costs $5,495 + shipping so you can reserve yours and wait for shipments to begin about May 1st.
Cardo Systems have found the best way to promote their Scala Rider Motorcycle Headset under the motto “stay safe & connected”. I am saying the best way because if they would have shown a real biker riding a real motorcycle things would have been dramatic, not at all funny as they are in this case.
WesllCorp have come up with a four wheel kit for motorcycles in an attempt to improve performance and implicit lap times without cutting in the pleasure that only two wheels can offer. They call it Wesll Suspension and it can be mounted both on street and off-road motorcycles. And not just any motorcycles. We’re talking about models such as the Honda CBR600RR (our favorite), Suzuki GSX-R1000 and Kawasaki ZX-10R, just to mention a few.
Featuring a maximum of 28 inches of travel, the unusual kit will transform any motorcycle into a quad. The four tires offer better grip which results into the ability to brake later before a corner and accelerate faster out of it.
Here’s a short demonstration video of the system mounted on a CBR600RR motorcycle.
As the pictures show, the Slidescooter isn’t what you might call a technology marvel, but a simple and innovative mean to have fun and even commute if necessary. Based on the idea that no road should be
unpracticable during winter and no beach left unexplored during summer, the Slidescooter features a bolt on front ski and 300 screws in the rear tire, but apart from that it is a regular 50cc scooter.
In fact, RiminiMoto’s product can be fitted on all regular scooters and the fact that you can simply spend $650 on a kit and revive the old two-stroke beastie is what makes it so great.
The ski that makes it suitable for winter riding is called a front track and there are six different ones available so that you can choose the one that suits your riding style best. Furthermore, the professionals are in for an all-carbon version.
Already caught up by the idea? That means you’re definitely a scooter guy so I shouldn’t mention that we recommend fitting an aftermarket silencer as well in order to squeeze a precious horse, maximum two, out of the small engine because you’ve most likely already done that, but I’ve said it anyway.
The Italians behind this project have also made a video in order to promote their Slidescooters, but I reckon these things have no problems in promoting themselves.
Damco rim lights were designed by Repeat Offenders sportbike club in order to add a custom touch to their bikes and now are available for sale all over the United States. The lights fit all Suzuki GSX-R and Katana models and require no drilling, neither removing the rims as mounting operations.
For the moment, they are available in three stand-out colors: Red, Blue and White. One kit includes enough lights to do front and rear rims and costs $195.00.
Note: 10% of every purchase goes to help families of fallen riders.

I wouldn’t want to see the guy’s face when he wakes up to see that his apparently secure motorcycle is nowhere to be found and the only proof that it even was there is the chained rear wheel.
But why resume to that when we can go on and imagine the scenario behind this shocking experience. It is clear that the bike wasn’t fitted with any alarm system as the thieves took the time and unbolted the rear wheel, carefully removed the chain, probably stacked the bike between the rest of their prey, and went on to look for some rear wheels on eBay or something.
Ok so you’ve got your brand new performance exhaust and fell like mounting it yourself? No problem at all. This informative video shows you how easy you can make the important change with only a few tools and the necessary know how.
Bolt down the exhaust mounts, attach the new system and bolt back. It sounds easy, but why don’t you take a look at this video to find out more?
Ok, so you’ve bought the brand new Honda CBR1000RR, ridden it for a while and now feel like accessorizing it a little bit. This is where Rizoma enters the scene and presents its special range of accessories that are meant to give it that nice special feel of a new bike again.
They have the purpose of protecting and yet personalizing your latest acquisition so that you and your passenger will feel more at home on your bike once it is equipped with new brake and clutch levers, footpegs and foot brake lever, as well as the tranny and chain protection.
SC-Project has just released their new line of silencers for the 2008 Yamaha T-Max model. Collecting burned gasses from two cylinders and taking them through a single carbon fiber silencer is now done in the most effective and elegant way. They so fit perfectly with the slender sporty look of the Yamaha scooter and also provide it with the extra sportsmanship which is always adequate in the case of such two-wheeled machineries.
