Next week, Yamaha will reveal its new Tricity three wheeler which will be powered by a 125 cc engine. The new scooter will be based on the three wheeled concept presented by the company in 2013.

Compared to a conventional scooter, a three wheeler is easier to handle and offers a better stability. Moreover it should also deliver pretty similar levels of efficiency, so the new model has the potential to become a success for the Japanese manufacturer.

The new model will go on sale at the end of 2014, but for the moment, we don’t have any details about the price.

To spice things up before the launch, Yamaha released a teaser video of its upcoming model in which we can also see a pretty detailed look at the company’s second world premiere, namely the all-new 300 cc sport motorcycle which replaces the old 250 cc model.
