Given to the continuously increasing number of motorcycle accidents – most of them taking place in intersections or when reckless car drivers change lanes -, there are many attempts of making people conscious of the two-wheeled vehicles that share the streets with them and it seems that in order to have the best results these video have to reflect the drama experienced by those who simply choose the best commuting solution, not the safest. It is also the case of this new motorcycle safety video.
On July 11, freestyle motocross superstar Ronnie Renner will attempt to establish the Guinness World Record for highest air ever attained on a motorcycle - the Step-Up world record currently stands at 35 feet.
He’ll use the crazy quarter pipe in this video to do it. And he’ll make the attempt at the Santa Monica Pier in California.
When stupidity in your life hits you straight in the face you don’t even know if the nightmare has passed or it has just started. Many times – this one included – one has finished and another one has barely started.
Take the short time and watch the video below. Believe me; it will help you a lot!
If not willing to end up like these two kids in Russia who have put their hands on an old communist-made motorcycle, I suggest learning from them absolutely nothing. For starters, they don’t wear helmets and that tells a lot of their minds having the size of walnuts. And the guy riding (well…trying to ride) knows only how to start the two-stroke motorcycle (easy to retain and easy to impress the girls), but after that “it all comes naturally”, isn’t it?
Yesterday, July 19, at the 2008 Motorcycle Ride for Vets edition, the Associated Press gathered nearly 400 motorcyclists that rode in order to raise money for veterans and serviceman of the U.S. military.
We’ve earlier published news about the Divas For A Cure Annual Cross-Country Breast Cancer Motorcycle Run and the video below comes as yet another proof that the guys on two wheels get involved in everything they are required for. And if they’re not, they’ll offer to do so and we’ll still come up with such news. Way to go!
Concomitant with the launch of new bikes, manufacturers also have to know how to work their magic on the showroom floor and leave no client go without an order or an acquisition, even though it is just a pair of globes.
Personally, I would stay away from the Erico Motorsports Showroom if wanting to keep a fully loaded wallet, but after seeing the presentation attached below, there is no way I could resist.
Designed by the Stripe Design Group, the Showroom reflects the dedication and attention to details with which the Italian maker builds its every single bike.
It seems that the giant Boss Hoss is by now out of fashion as the Revelation Motorcycle offers pretty much the same performance without disadvantages such as massiveness, heaviness and all the other stuff.
It manages to do that with the blend between a custom bike (looks) and super sport performance (Hayabusa engine). There hasn’t been seen something like this, except on the drag track, but Wayne Ransom hand-builds these things so that they are road legal and the concept has already started to become popular.
Famous custom bike builders can’t stop wondering how a 26-year-old outdone their creations, but in my opinion this was the shortest trip from idea to pure success.
So you’ve watched a little bit of racing, “cried to mommy” and she made the mistake of buying you a super sport Suzuki? By now you probably believe that you are as appropriate as you can be to a Rizla Suzuki racing rider, but take a listen to Chris Vermeulen here and also do a quick search for riding gear if not willing to increase the numbers of deaths occurred while riding on the streets as if you are on a race track.
If any of you guys who just ask “how do you pop up wheelies?” before first riding a motorcycle would take the time and watch such videos, the streets would be a safer place for you and us.
By seeing the picture above, you’re all probably thinking that there will be a time needed for the water to turn into steam on the damn thing, but the surprise is that there is no steam involved in the commuting process that the steampunk tadpole tricycle so strangely proposes.
Powered by foot, this three-wheeler is designed by nostalgic Alan who also makes a short demonstration of the machine’s comfortable traveling abilities during the short video attached below.
When buying a regular bike or, even more, one that is custom made for you, there’s that innocent thought that you’ll be riding forever and ever again and only change it when getting bored or feeling the need of something else.
But in the case of David Draiman from Disturbed, absolutely nothing had gone as normally supposed. Call it bad luck or everything you want, but that bike’s faith was to vanish. Why don’t you better listen to him?
Man’s best friend remains faithful even when this last goes out riding on its Aprilia RSV 1000 R The dog seems to enjoy it very much even though it doesn’t have a rack or a basket as we’ve seen with other occasions and the bike is now even known as having two owners: Tex and Cash…you can’t see one without the other, even on the streets.
