2010 Yamaha FZ6R

Last year, Yamaha introduced their all-new FZ6R supersport-inspired motorcycle and this is now one of their most representative middleweight 2010 models. Built with comfort and rider excitement in mind, this is still Yamaha’s latest addition to the supersport lineup, an all-new every day motorcycle that gives the impression of being designed for the track. But those are purely design aspects. The fact is that the FZ6R is an unbeatable package of performance, comfort and style at a very affordable price.

2010 Yamaha FZ6 rendering

The word is out that Yamaha is planning to set the 2010 FZ6 naked further apart from the much similar XJ6 model and this sharper, sportier concept shows how the Japanese manufacturer might achieve that.

This Yamaha FZ6 concept is based on the modern R6 (note the minuscule pillion seat) and will most likely be powered by a significantly more powerful, new generation engine. Let’s hope it does.

What do you think about this rendering? Does it look plausible?

2009 Yamaha FZ6

Yamaha has a vast super sport offering especially in the middleweight class and the 2009 FZ6 completes their lineup with bold half-faired style and YZF-like performance, but without the fatiguing riding position that always puts its fingerprint on a rider’s lower back and wrists. Following a natural evolution and enjoying immense popularity among those who require everything from a road bike, the Yamaha FZ6 is truly worth our attention.

2007 Yamaha FZ6

While maintaining the basic structure of the popular existing mid-class sports model "FZ6-S Fazer"(with cowling), the new "FZ6" has been designed with greater running performance, new body parts and environmental performance that clears EU3 standards to achieve a higher level of overall product performance.
