Now it’s time for Jose Mourinho — a famous Portuguese soccer manager — to step into the supercar world. The folks over at Mansory, in cooperation with Raff House, started to work on a supercar that bears the soccer coach’s name.
All we have on the upcoming Mourinho supercar is a teaser image and some basic details. The model will be developed using unique technologies and will feature a 750-horsepower engine. Additionally, its body will be built almost entirely from carbon fiber, with only the spoiler and the vents being made from chrome-plated aluminum in a shade that is "tough to manufacture" — whatever that means...
The Mourinho supercar will be unveiled in 2014 and will be limited to only 11 units. We have no details on the price just yet, we can assure you that it will be more than $1 million.

The tremendous amount of publicity being showered on the Vision Gran Turismo concepts are well deserved. After all, it’s not everyday that you see automakers from all over the world sign up for such an unprecedented project of designing video game exclusive concept vehicles.
Excluding what has already been unveiled — the BMW and Mercedes concepts — some of the other brands participating in the project have provided teasers of their own through Sony, preparing us for what will eventually be an onslaught of concept awesomeness.
Yesterday, Toyota added its name to that hat, releasing a shadowy teaser of its Vision Gran Turismo Concept , featuring a pretty sick silhouette that comes with a huge rear spoiler, a sweeping hood, a long-flung roof, and what we imagine to be a car riding pretty close to the ground.
Toyota has given no indication on when it plans to reveal its Vision Gran Turismo Concept. But since we like speculating on these things, we’re hoping to see Toyota follow Mercedes’ route when it revealed its own concept at the LA Auto Show .
First question is will the seventh movie continue or will the whole franchise be sent to the archives? If it is going to continue, how will writers address his death in a manner that wouldn’t hurt the movie and more importantly, would pay respects to the man who has been the cornerstone, along with Vin Diesel, of the entire franchise?
Well, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Fast & Furious 7 will go on as planned, except that it will come with a lot of revisions to the original script. The changes center around how to give Walker’s character, Brian O’Connor, the proper send-off and doing it in a manner that can be tied into the movie. It’s a task that’s far easier said than done, but Chris Morgan, the man who penned the movie’s first script, is already working on all the rewrites and if everything goes according to schedule, production of the movie will reopen sometime in January
There’s still a strong possibility that the scenes Paul Walker was able to shoot will still be used, making such a dramatic transition that much more important in the grand scheme of things both for Walker’s legacy and that of the Fast & Furious franchise.

We’ll have to be completely honest with you, we are not too fond of the concept of upgrading Ferrari models in any way. They are masterpieces right from the factory, and by trying to change that, you run the risk of completely ruin that Ferrari look.
In the case of this Ferrari upgrade by Capristo, however, we feel the tuner did a pretty good job at revising the 458 Spider without changing a lot of the car’s elements. From the looks of things, all of the changes it made fit in well with the character of the 458, while making it look a little bit more aggressive.
Capristo wanted to give the 458 a look to match its 562-horsepower, V-8 engine, so it replaced the original engine cover, which doesn’t give you a good look at the mighty engine, and replaced it with one that features glass viewing pane and extra vents to more effectively draw the heat away from the engine compartment.

Its been a while since we last saw the Mercedes S-Class Coupe out for a testing session, but once the snow started falling in Europe, the company wanted to see how the car behaves in these conditions. Our spy photographers managed to shoot the next S-Class Coupe somewhere in Northern Sweden and as you can see, the prototype wears lighter camouflage than ever before.
The S-Class Coupe will be offered with a more aggressive design language than the S-Class sedan , but the engine lineup should be identical.
The coupe version will be offered with a 3.0-liter, V-6 engine in the base version and with a twin-turbocharged, 4.7-liter, V-8 powerplant in the more powerful S500 version. Mercedes is also developing an AMG version , which will be powered by a 5.5-liter, V-8 biturbo engine with an output of 577 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque.
We should get the first official images and details on the successor to the Lamborghini Gallardo in just a few days, but our spy photographers are still hard at work, trying to find the new supercar out and about, and today they succeeded.
The new Lambo was long rumored to carry the name "Cabrera ," but new details suggest that this will not be its name after all. Details from folks that actually reserved the car suggest that it will be called the Huracan, but those are also unconfirmed. One thing we do know for sure is that it will carry "LP600-4" in its name, which lets us know that it’s engine will pump out 600 horsepower output, and that it will feature an all-wheel-drive system.
The new supercar will be built on the same platform as the next-generation Audi R8 , and will be powered by an improved version of the current 5.2-liter, V-10 engine. Reports also suggest that it will be lighter than the current Gallardo, which means that that it should deliver improved performance figures.
The BMW M3 and the M4 Coupe are understandably getting all the attention today, but BMW is quick to point out that those aren’t the only two models that it’s proudly showcasing.
A special-edition BMW Z4 is also getting some love ahead of its debut at the 2014 North American International Auto Show . The model is called the Pure Fusion Edition and while it lacks in any kind of noticeable exterior changes, it does showcase the company’s new Pure Fusion Design equipment package, which is all sorts of incredible if you’re the type to enjoy your luxury with plenty servings of sportiness to go with it.
That, essentially, is what BMW is trying to sell with the Z4 Pure Fusion Design. You get your sports car in full blast and add a special interior that has more leather than you’d expect.
Kudos to Bimmer for killing two birds with one stone. It’s cars like this that can really draw interest back to an aging model, like the Z4.

When BMW announced the new 3 Series, it also announced that the coupe and convertible versions of the luxury car will be offered as the new 4 Series . This meant that the M3 Coupe would slide over too and become the M4 Coupe.
We have already seen the 4 Series Coupe and the M4 Concept , and now it is time to finally see the production version of the M4 Coupe, which looks nearly identical to the concept.
As rumored before, the new M4 will not use the V-8 engine that the M3 Coupe used; rather, it will come with a new in-line six-cylinder engine that will not only be more efficient than the V-8 it replaces, but also more powerful.
The BMW M4 Coupe will be shown at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show and it will hit the market in 2014 as a 2015 model.

It may have taken longer than a lot of people would have liked, but that’s the price you pay if you’re a company that’s looking to break ground in a racing series it hasn’t entered since 2003..
After a year of testing and development, Hyundai has finally pulled the covers off of the i20 World Rally Championship racecar. And if we do say so ourselves, it looks positively glorious.
The unveiling happened at a recent event in Frankfurt when the Hyundai Shell World Rally Team officially announced that it had finally wrapped up the project in time for next season’s WRC season. Lead driver, Thierry Neuville, was given the honor of presenting the car with teammate Juho Hänninen serving as the driver of the second vehicle.
Earlier this year, Hyundai presented an updated version of the racecar at the Geneva Motor Show yet it was clear that the show car at the event was still a long ways away from being completed. This one, though, is the final product, and it comes complete with all the cursory aerodynamic modifications set to rally specifications, not to mention a cavalcade of graphics and liveries that show all of the team’s partners for next year’s WRC season.
Updates to the chassis and suspension were of importance for the team, seeing as it will be tackling a racing series that will feature its share of bumpy roads. There’s also a new rear wing, a front spoiler, and an interior that’s been redesigned specifically for rally purposes.
Based on our estimates, the 2014 Hyundai i20 WRC racecar is likely to receive a 1.6-liter, in-line-four engine that produces close to 300 horsepower, which should be good enough to hit 60 mph in five to six seconds to go with a top speed of about 160 mph.

The folks over at Option Auto revealed a new video of the Porsche 918 Spyder in action on the Valencia Race Track. The car was driven by Ian Kuah and was following Matthias Hoffsümmer in a new 991 GT3 .
The video highlights the various modes that the 918 Spyder features, as Ian toggled it from E-Power, to Sport, to Race and back to E-Power. This allowed us to get a good listen to how the mighty supercar sounds in each mode. Our favorite is by far the Race mode and that mean-sounding growl, but there’s something about the whirring noise it car makes when it’s in E-Power mode that is eerily sexy.
In case you’ve been hiding in a cave for the past year and missed the details on the 918 Spyder , it features a hybrid system that combines a 4.6-liter, V-8 engine that drives the rear wheels with an electric motor that powers the front wheels. This system delivers a total of 887 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque, which helps sprint the car to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and up to a top speed of 211 mph. In full-electric mode, the 918 Spyder can travel 15 miles and hits a top speed of 93 mph.
