Force India F1 Team is preparing for the four day test (4 – 7 December) held at the Circuit de Jerez in southern Spain. For the test Force India has called no less than seven drivers: Roldan Rodriguez and Giedo van der Garde that will drive for one day each, Giancarlo Fisichella, Franck Montagny and Ralf Schumacher will join the team for a full day’s testing, Christian Klien and Vitantonio Liuzzi will also participate for one day thanks to their outstanding performance in Barcelona. (...)

Adrian Sutil and Christian Klien are willing to do everything in their power to drive for the new Formula One team Force India. Adrian Sutil signed a long term deal with his current outfit last year and, although his name was linked in the last weeks with other team, he declared that he is now waiting to see who his teammate at Force India would be. Ralf Schumacher is still looking for a team that would let him drive in the next Formula One season. The former Toyota driver would really appreciate a contract offer from McLaren, that after Fernando Alonso’s departure hasn’t yet decided who will be Hamilton team mate for the 2008 season. The Swiss company based in Baar, Switzerland, Sika will be supporting the BMW Sauber F1 Team as a Promotional Supplier from 2008. Sika is a speciality chemicals company well known to BMW and already involved in other motor sport projects run by the group. Sika will be appearing as the Official Partner of the Formula BMW World Final 2007, which takes place this weekend in Valencia, Spain. Ferrari officials have announced that Michael Schumacher will participate at the next multi-team test – which will take place between 4 and 6 December at the Spanish circuit of Jerez – as a test driver. Schumacher was Ferrari’s test diver at the last Formula One testing session held at Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya between 13 and 15 November where he drove the Ferrari 2007 one-seater in two of the three test days and obtained the best time. Vijay Mallya announced that the newest Formula One team – Force India, former Spyker – will reveal their drivers when he addresses the Motorsport Business Forum on December 5 in Monaco. The BMW Sauber F1.08 will be unveiled to the public in Munich, Germany on January 14, at BMW Welt, the new BMW vehicle delivery centre, in the presence of drivers Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica, BMW Motors W Motors port Director Mario Theissen, technical director Willy Ram Ram pf and Peter Sauber. The F1.08 will then get its first track outing in Valencia, Spain on January 15. Toyota has announced that they will reveal their 2008 car, the TF108, on January 10 at the Japanese team’s technical centre in Cologne, Germany. At this special event will attend the squad’s drivers and members of the team’s management. Toyota endured a tough 2007 campaign, ending the season sixth in the standings, after scoring 13 world championship points.
