The 2008 Ferrari Challenge season just started last weekend, and we were in luck as it was right here in our hometown of Miami. Note that the Ferrari Challenge is more than just another racing series. It is a social event that bring together the Gentlemen drivers and the local Jet Set in a very friendly environment where racing is just plain fun. Nevertheless competition is fierce on the track, check the picture gallery to see the result of the fight and what remains of some unlucky F430s.

Burton wins at Homestead the last Busch race

Jeff Burton wrapped up the Busch Series car owner’s championship in style Saturday night, winning the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway to give Richard Childress his 11th NASCAR title. Burton, who shared the No. 29 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet with Scott Wimmer this season, took control late in the race after a series of green-flag pit stops and pulled away to the win while runner-up Mark Martin and series points champion Carl Edwards battled behind him.
