Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates announced yesterday that Fastenal Company, a leading global industrial and construction supply distributor, has signed a multi-year deal with the team to sponsor driver Dario Franchitti and the No. 40 Dodge Charger in the 2008 Nationwide Series. Hornaday won his third Truck Series championship Friday night, finishing seventh to edge Skinner by 54 points after the season-ending Ford 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Jeff Burton wrapped up the Busch Series car owner’s championship in style Saturday night, winning the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway to give Richard Childress his 11th NASCAR title.
