The Fiorino is the smallest van in Fiat ’s lineup and shares the same body and technologies with the Peugeot Bipper andCitroen Nemo .

The Fiat Fiorino was especially developed for small city deliveries hence it has compact dimensions and it’s fairly easy to drive on the narrow streets and congested traffic situations. However, despite its small dimensions, the Fiat Fiorino is also a pretty practical work horse as it has a gross vehicle weight of 1800 kg and a maximum payload of up to 660 kg.

The Fiat Fiorino has a starting price of 19.500 $ and is offered with a choice of two engines namely the 1.3 liter Multijet diesel and the 1.4 liter petrol.

When it was launched for the first time, the Citroen Dispatch was hard to be put in an existing van category as it was situated somewhere between the big panel vans and the small ones. However, thanks to its mixed personality, the Dispatch was able to offer a perfect mix between maneuverability and load capacity.

The current model is a huge step forward compared to its predecessor. Yet despite its old age the previous model was a fairly capable vehicle that was able to cope great with the arduous demands of commercial duties.

The original Citroen Dispatch was offered with a choice of two diesel units namely the 1.9 HDi and 2.0 HDi and was sold between 1996 and 2006.

In the recent years we’ve had the occasion to see the big panel van segment making a big step forward in terms of design and technology.

The older models however, were far from offering the comfort and performances found at today’s vans and the Citroen Relay made no exception.

Its rugged exterior lines were a solid statement about its highly utilitarian character, but the interior wasn’t as bad as expected and for its time it was in fact a pretty attractive environment.

Yet, the Relay was a fairly capable partner and despite its faults it was able to get the job done with dignity.

Similarly with the current generation , the old Relay shares the same underpinnings with the Peugeot Boxer and Fiat Ducato and had a very competitive price, with the cheapest version starring from under $12.000.

The previous generation of the Renault Master was commercialized between 2003 and 2010. The vehicle was pretty popular and was sold in good numbers. Its main attributes were the capable engines and the generous payload capacity.

The vehicle shared the same platform with the Nissan Interstar and Opel Movano , and had anything it needed to be a practical panel van.

The Master offered a perfect balance between price, performance and practicality and was available in short, medium and long wheelbases with either standard or high roof configurations. There was also offered a wide range of engines which consisted of 1.9, 2.5 and 3.0 liter units. The vehicle’s gross weights ranged from 2.8 to 3.5 tonnes with payload capacities between 985kg and 1,606kg.

The Nissan NP 200 is a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) designed for the emergent markets and is built in South Africa at Nissan’s Rosslyn plant, north of Pretoria. The vehicle was designed for light duty commercial purposes and competes against models like the Peugeot Hoggar and Fiat Strada.

The Nissan NP 200 comes as a replacement for the old 1400 model and it’s powered by a highly efficient 1.6 liter engine which delivers a maximum output of 85 hp and 128 Nm of torque. Thanks to its torquey engine, the vehicle has a maximum load capacity of 800 kg. The Nissan NP 200 is offered with a class-leading warranty of 6 years or 150 000km.

The previous generation of the Doblo Cargo was entirely developed by Fiat, unlike the newer versions which were engineered in collaboration with Peugeot and Citroen.

The old Fiat Doblo Cargo was sold between 2001 and 2010 and featured a generous payload capacity and a versatile character. The vehicle competed with models like the Citroen Berlingo or Renault Kangoo.

The first Fiat Doblo Cargo was offered with both standard and high roof configurations. There were two engines available including a 1.9 turbo diesel and a 1.4 Multijet. The vehicle received a small series of upgrades in 2005 which consisted of a redesigned front and more powerful petrol engines.

The new generation Fiat Strada was launched at the beginning of 2012 and compared with the old generation it features a radically changed exterior design together with a more upscale interior and stronger engines.

The vehicle is manufactured in the FIASA plant in Betim (Brazil) and continues the success of its predecessor.
The new generation Fiat Strada is available in three versions namely Working, Trekking and Adventure. There are also offered three body styles including Short Cab, Long Cab and Crew Cab configurations.

Until now, the Strada wasn’t available with a Crew Cab version and the addition of this new configuration is welcomed, as its makes the vehicle even more versatile being able to appeal to a wider range of customers.

The new Fiat Strada is equipped with a 95 hp engine which meets the latest Euro 5 emission norms. Prices range from $ 16000 for the 95 HP 1.3 MultiJet 16v Working Single Cab version to $ 20000 for the top-of-the-range 95 HP 1.3 MultiJet 16v Adventure Crew Cab version (exluding taxes).

The Iveco Vertis was developed entirely in Brazil and is aimed at those who are looking for a versatile medium duty truck. The Iveco Vertis has a cab-over configuration and it’s powered by a modern engine which offers low fuel consumption and is produced by Fiat Powertrain Technologies in Sete Lagoas.

The Iveco Vertis was launched on the Latin American market in 2010 and features a catchy design that also served as a base for the new Leoncino LCV presented in 2011.

The Vertis cab features an aerodynamic style with large air intakes and the large Iveco badge in the centre. The vehicle was developed on a platform of Iveco joint venture in China and integrated with European technologies. It is available in two versions (9 and 13 tons) and is offered with 1 year full warrantee for the entire vehicle plus an extra year for the drive line.
