Great Dane upgraded its lineup of trailers

The Everest reefers have been re-designed in order to meet better standards and to be more efficient than the previous models.

The new upgrades include stainless steel rear frame, a corrugated aluminum roof and PunctureGuard interior lining, a lightweight, puncture resistant and glass-reinforced thermoplastic material.

Moreover, the trailers are also offered with standard aluminum doors with dual-sealed gasket. The flooring system now features aluminum ducts and full-width composite floor sills to protect the trailer from moisture damage from the inside and out.

All Great Dane trailers now come with Stemco’s Platinum Performance Plus wheel-end system backed by an extended six-year warranty. Grote Micro Nova DOT LED lamps were also added for improved visibility and safety.

The stainless steel rear doors on the 53-ft. Everest TL display trailer have a triple-sealed gasket for peak thermal performance.

Thanks to the use of ThermoGuard lining, the cooling unit run time is reduced and hence it can be obtained a better fuel efficiency.

The Freedom SE is a heavy-duty all-steel trailer with available straight, drop or extendable body styles. The model features with structural steel side rails and other steel components that are shot blasted and then protected with a high quality two-part paint process.

The Freedom LT combo steel and aluminum trailer is among the lightest models from the market and it was built using a lot of light weight materials which also help the owner to reduced maintenance costs.

The new ultra-lightweight Freedom XP model can carry a load of up to 120,000 pounds, but it was engineered to be 1,000 pounds lighter than its counterpart.

All Frredom platform models come with standard LEDs and the Great Dane Long Life Light System.

The all aluminum XP weighs 8,200 lbs and is significantly lighter than any conventional steel model. The company added that is "rated to handle 60,000 lbs loads concentrated in four feet and up to 120,000 lbs of uniform distributed loads, the Freedom XP maximizes payload versatility. This model is available in 48- and 53-ft. lengths and is equipped with a full-length built-in sliding winch track."

The Champion SE model is perfect for heavy-duty aplications while the new CL model can is aimed for hauling missions. Lastly the CP is one of the most versatile trailers and comes with Great Dane’s composite panel technology.
