The top model in the Audi Q7 line is a large SUV powered by a twin-turbo 5.8 liter V-12 engine producing a zero to 60 time of 5.5 seconds. This is a diesel and currently is not available in the United States. The concept model was shown at the North American Auto Show, however, which suggests that it will eventually arrive in the States. Meanwhile, there are four other models of the Q7 available here, with base prices starting as low as $39,900.

So, is it worth it?

The car in the video is purported to be the V-12, but the same plant manufactures the lower priced cars, as well.  One look at the assembly process shown in this video will explain why Audi has an outstanding reputation for build quality.
