Celebrating the 100th birthday of one of its heirs, the Porsche Club of America’s Long Beach Region (PCA-GPX) converged at the Pacific Porsche dealership in Torrance, California for a little joyride along the California highways. Before embarking on their trip, the attendees were given a nice wake ‘er upper courtesy of a shiny and glittering [2010 Porsche 911 GT3->ar69821]. Over 30 Porsches – most of which were the legendary [356->ar67102] – drove from Torrance all the way to the San Vicente Lighthouse in Palos Verdes, all in the name of birthday no. 100 for the late Ferdinand “Ferry” Porsche.
